Be prepared that you won’t be able to use the toilet in this café — you’ll have to look for one elsewhere. The toilets are always dirty, smell bad, and are covered in urine — it’s obvious they haven’t been cleaned for a long time. The coffee has also become noticeably worse lately. The latte I had today was extremely bitter — as if it was made from old, poor-quality beans, or as if the coffee machine hadn’t been cleaned before starting the new day. Considering the prices you charge for your drinks, one would expect at least some basic cleanliness and decent quality.

Cade Nero is my go-to spot for a Luxury Caramel Latte, it’s consistently excellent and never disappoints. The ambiance is calm and spacious, making it a great place to unwind or focus on work while enjoying a drink and a sweet treat. While there isn’t dedicated parking, street parking is generally available nearby max 1 hour(free), which makes it reasonably convenient. The staff always stands out for being friendly, efficient, and quick with service, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Highly recommended for a relaxing coffee break or a productive work session!

Fantastic branch of Cafe Nero on the Harborne High Street. Excellent customer service. Fantastic staff, hence a fantastic branch. It could do with an interior design upgrade. It looks a bit worn out in places.

The café’s atmosphere, drinks, bakery items, music, and baristas are all excellent. My barista, in particular, was very friendly. Everything on the menu is delicious, but I especially recommend the cinnamon swirl to go with your coffee!

The food and hot drinks available are not bad, when they do special flavours during peiods, it's a must! However, the staff aren't the friendliest, and I think a smile is a concept they are not familiar with. The idea behind customer service is the ability to interact with your customers, not at this store! Unfortunately, it's the only Café Nero near me in the very limited shop fronts they have, so I have no choice but to attend this one.

Cozzy atmosphere, fast and friendly staff, above British average hygiene, great light and ambience. Great variety and quality of products. Pet and family friendly. We had a great time escaping from a snowy day. Most important: The greatest chai latte I've had in my life, smooth and right temperature, good balance of spices. Totally recommended!

Not a good place to stay if it,s raining water comes down through the ceiling. All the floor was flooded in 10 minutes.By the time I was on the que I left my jacket on the armchair and found my jacket soaked .The staff gave their best to wipe the floor but the Way how it,s fixed the Air con on the ceiling probably is the issue

It is a potentially brilliant coffee shop. The ambience is good and the coffee is great. Unfortunately it's a bit shabby and the staff are so busy that the queue is too long when busy. I had to clear and clean my own table and the toilet is shocking.

I think Cafe Nero is the best of the major chains. I have always found the standard of the coffee to be good. The cakes are not always brilliant. The staff members can vary but it is only rarely that I have felt the service to be wanting
