Very disappointing experience. I ordered a Too Good To Go bag from this Costa Café, but when I arrived at the shop, I was told they had no stock at all and nothing could be given. There was no prior notice, no message in the app, and no warning before I travelled to the store. If there is no offer available, that’s understandable — but customers should be informed in advance, not made to come all the way only to be told there is nothing to collect. Even worse, there was no apology from staff for the inconvenience. This is poor customer service and a waste of customers’ time. I would not recommend ordering Too Good To Go from this location unless their communication improves.

I tried the new Maple drinks, We tried the Hazel Latte and the Maple Hazel Hot Chocolate. The latte was fantastic, creamy, well-balanced, and overall my favourite. Our server was quick and attentive, which made the experience even better. The hot chocolate was much sweeter, so if you enjoy sweeter drinks, it’s a great choice. Personally, I preferred the latte since I’m not a fan of overly sweet drinks. The café offers really unique and delicious options, and the flavors are genuinely enjoyable. Our drinks were nit very hot, a little colder, next time will be asking them to make the drinks hotter.

I went here to do some work for a few hours last week and it was a really nice atmosphere. After a while, one of the staff came and asked what I was up to and then brought me a slice of carrot cake on the house! It was so kind.

We liked hot cheese sandwiches and latte plus the hot chocolate. Remember if you want to use their toilet, get the bill receipts which have alphanumeric code to unlock the toilet door. They don't want to use their toilet unless you are buying anything for the cafe. No dedicated parking and would recommend using parking paid options behind Sainsbury's and Iceland.

I rarely go to this Costa in Harborne. In fact my 2022 visit was my first time back in almost three years. O2 WiFi has long since been replaced by Costa's own WiFi, but was unable to connect to it (and mobile data connection was a bit patchy). Still a large and spacious store. Bus stop outside for the 23, 24, 76 (and other routes). The same usual toastie and coffee I have at other Costa's.

Popped in to pass some time while my daughter was at a theatre club. It was busy but there were quite a few tables free so i'm sure it must get busier. There were only three staff working and one of them was taking directions so I presume they were new. The gentleman running the show was amazing. Polite, quick and calm under loads of pressure (including a broken card machine). The toilets are locked, which was a slight frustration, but you use a code to get in and this means they are super clean and fresh.
