   Bought an endura t18e , worked until 1 day before guarantee expiry so I took it back and the assistant blamed everything apart from a faulty unit! You know, cheap oils, said I didnt know how to use it, turning it on wrong, then said dead battery, so I said of course it's dead it wont turn off! Eventually, he said leave it with me and call back in an hour so I did ,went back home and it worked once then failed again!! Got a problem with replacing things this man has, so I just binned it! Wont be going back soon absolutely useless and obnoxious beyond belief!!

   I wish I could rate no stars I bought a e cig for 25 pounds I only had it for 34 days 4 days over their 30 day garuntee the battery went faulty I took it back but they would not exchange it but will send it off for repair I got a call the next morning telling me that the supplier can't do anything so therefore they can't do anything they didn't even try to repair it so basically just come an pick up your goods no resolve 25 pound down the drain do not use vip shop try and find a small independent shop that are more sympathetic vip policy is terrible
