   Shocking customer service or lack of it, doors ordered 10th Jan still waiting and now told maybe 13th February, i can order direct from manufacture today and receive the doors on the 13th Feb so clearly taken money 3 weeks ago and not ordered doors, scam company in my opinion, talk utter rubbish on phone and won’t just admit when wrong. Missed a microwave on initial order even though clearly written on quote info but not there fault, completely incompetent. Stay well clear if you’re wanting good or any form of customer service and a company with any form of integrity. Jokers

   Hgv Drivers. Avoiding all low bridges and weight restrictions come off at jct 35 of the M1 and follow the A629 towards chapeltown then take the 1st exit at the roundabout and KTS warehouse comes up on your left hand side. Small yard.

   I popped down a number of times wanting new frontal for a kitchen I'm working on, each time I went down I was stood waiting for quite before being seen although I was the only customer in there. After seeing someone and been told I would get a phone call to confirm and order I was the one ringing them and still was helpless so I took my business elsewhere.

   We bought our kitchen here through the fitter we used. Units etc fine, but have had issues with the appliances that have meant calling engineers out for both the oven and washer dryer so far, I.e. days off work so that supposedly brand new appliances can be fixed.

   Great start with this company but customer service aftercare could be better. There were a couple of issues with the order after delivery but after numerous emails and telephone calls they did sort it out and were very accommodating. Units are sturdy and well made and we got a good deal on quality appliances.
