I’ve been a couple of times recently and Chris has been really polite, professional and has stood out for his quickness. Always has a smile on his face and a great relationship with what seemed like regular customers.
Quite dirty. Ordered strawberry frappe, after put in till was told there is no cream felt kind of put on the spot. Paid £5.25 ( full price) for small drink, cream missing. Usually when ingredients are missing the product is marked as 'out of stock'. In my opinion at least a discount should have been offered as one of the main ingredients is missing from the drink.
I had cheese toastie with a hint of mustard, wife had a lain hame and cheese toastie, we loved it. Decaff tea and a lattee coffee ( you can get a decaf lattee).
The staff are very nice, but unfortunately like all Costa's; lack any training in how to make coffee. I only get a coffee from Costa when there is litterally no other option, I'm always disappointed. Asked for a flat white and got a bubbly mess with a strangely sweet syrup after taste. I just feel like there is no quality control at Costa.
Very friendly and positive staff. I came to have break,shower and obviously coffee.Place was clean and very well looked after. Nice and polite staff who know how to treat customers. I wish everyone would have the same attitude. Good place to stop for a quick break. I will be gladly coming back when in the area. I can recommend it to fellow drivers. Thank you very much.
We (5 people) passed by costa at night (1h15min). It was quit empty and we were the only ones their. We liked to take lunch deals. However the surver was really rude. I would easilly say she was the rudest O ever saw. Hopefully she is not having a particular bad day bur even if she made us feel like begger and not buyers. The food was ok for me (tuna melt and white hot chocolate). The price was reasonable. For this i put two stars.
