Seems like a good company but they made out I should have my washer fixed then decided on the day the job was due to ask for model number and say they don't have the parts. Said it would definitely be fixed as I explained I needed it fixing the next day. Then decided mid morning the parts hadn't come. Then I get banned because I decided to take my buisness elsewhere. Unless you know they have what you want or need don't take their word as it seems they can't keep it
