   Above and beyond customer service!! We went to buy a double under counter oven, and we wanted it before Christmas. They hadn't got one in stock, but a few moments later, they said they'd phoned another independent retailer who had several in stock! We were very impressed with this level of service from Williams Electrical. We'll now have an oven for Christmas! Thank you!!!

   Lovely people really helpful, Great range of electrical products, many in stock and others on short order. They didn't have what we wanted, because we urgently needed to replace a cooker with one almost identical, but they were ready to order one, and in the end they helped us to find one in another business nearby.    Recently ordered a Neff hob online and within a couple of minutes had a phone call to discuss a delivery date. Two further calls kept me informed about progress with the order and the actual delivery slot on the day. Compared to the impersonal experience you get from most firms these days this was fantastic service and I won’t hesitate to buy from Williams again or recommend them to others.    Just had a washing machine delivered and installed - a little over 24hrs after I bought it over the phone. Really impressive result. Staff couldn’t be more helpful, even when I had to chop and change a bit. And to cap it all, the price was the same as major national stores. The whole process was thoroughly professional and efficient. Seriously good customer service: a very satisfied customer.

   My elderly mums fridge freezer broke in the heatwave. She needs to keep her insulin in the fridge. I was in a panic but the team at Williams went above and beyond.... they did a site survey the very same day... lent Mum a fridge until they could source a new one. They did this really quickly at a reasonable price and very soon the fitters came and did an amazing job (having to adjust what was previously rather badly fitted doors). Overall fantastic service. I would highly recommend!
