Called in a couple of weeks ago to look at Chromebooks which I was unfamiliar with after mostly using Macs. The first assistant didn't seem to know a lot, later I spoke to a chap called Jenkins and he was brilliant, very helpful and knew what he was talking about. Bought the Chromebook which was on offer at a very good price and so far it's been excellent, very happy with it.

I was really disappointed with how the staff treated me during my visit. Two members of staff saw me waiting to be served and avoided eye contact. When I started walking up to one of them to ask for help he turned away to avoid engaging. I was able to find someone else and ask for assistance at the til so I could collect my product. They radioed the same person who has just walked away from me and asked him to serve me. I believe his name was Faisal. He was extremely rude and unpleasant and very unprofessional. You could tell he didn’t want to serve me and just wanted to get the collection over with. I have been to the same Curry’s before and spoken with lovely and helpful members of staff but my experience on Monday has put me off going back again.

2nd time this year this has happened now. Went in to pick up an online order. No staff on the tills. Walked around the whole store to find someone. After 20 minutes I decided to call customer service only to be greeted by someone who could not understand even basic English.

I visited your store on 10/11/25 with a work colleague who needed help choosing a wireless mouse. Unfortunately, the staff member we approached was not only unhelpful but also quite rude. We simply wanted to understand the size and fit of the mice available, as the only models on display were Β£99+ or out of stock. The staff member responded with, β€œWhat do you want me to do about it? There’s not enough space to show all the mice.” Having worked in customer service myself, I know this isn’t the right way to handle such a situation. My colleague even suggested going to another shop, mentioning how much more helpful they were previously β€” and I can now see why. What’s disappointing is that the item in question was only a Β£20 mouse, but the staff member didn’t know that I also intended to ask about a much more expensive purchase. Because of this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I wanted to bring this to your attention not just because of one interaction, but because experiences like this push customers away from shopping in-store β€” the very thing many retailers are trying to encourage. I hope this feedback can be used constructively, and that the staff involved receives some customer service training.

No problem with the shop and buying TV good service from Steve . Shame I can't say the same about the telephone back up. Two phone calls and one suggested returning the TV because it wasn't tuning to channels. Turned out just needed the source of connection changing to Virgin connection.

I went to buy an electric tooth brush. There was a nice display and basket full of electric tooth brushes on sale. It wouldn't come up on till and i waz told they would not mot sell me what was openly on offer. Pretty useless set of people

Recently needed help with a fault on my laptop. The technical support staff were brilliant, really helpful and non-patronising. They managed to fix it in-store over the weekend so it didn't need to be sent off to be sorted. Highly recommend their attitude and efficiency.

Don’t pay for installation! I paid for a washer dryer to be installed. I understand there is a policy that if it is unsafe to install the installation will not go ahead. However, for us the washer dryer was half installed. The installation people said they could not get the drainage pipe through the hole it the kitchen cabinet and they pushed the washer under the counter and left. What they forgot to mention was that they had got the drainage pipe stuck behind the cabinet so it could not go forwards or backwards. On top this they had not mentioned not to use the kitchen sink, so when I emptied the wash basin it flooded the kitchen. So I paid around Β£80 in total for delivery and installation, as I thought this would be the sensible option. Instead I had to spend a day moving a washer dryer around, buying tools from b and q to undo what they had done, whilst mopping up the kitchen floor. I appreciate that all installations can’t go ahead but really honesty about what had happened rather than leaving me with unusable washer dryer and a surprise unusable kitchen sink to figure out why it was not able to be installed and to fix for myself. The washer is great and I have got it working and installed. I do not recommend anyone pay extra for installation as it will be a waste of money and in my case cost me more overall.
