   Very rude and unprofessional unwelcoming staff, I have never encountered such rudeness in my life! Man, I am a customer buying from you rather than begging! Approached a young man there asking for a black coffee, said that I should keep quite as he is doing some smoothies preparation setting in his machine and to come in another time! I do not know why the hill you open then! I will never approach this branch and hope Starbucks so something about the rudeness of their employees!

   At any time you go to this location, it's closed, it doesn't have coffee and they only want you to pay with your card, when you have the chance to find a coffee there...the staff is rude and unprofessional. I believe that this location needs to be re-staffed and re-organized

   Slowest service I've ever had. One customer in front of me should not equate to nearly 20 minutes waiting for two coffee. Staff more interested on drive thru even though drive thru wasn’t busy
