   Absolutely freezing in the building. There are no toys in the toddler area? My toddler was bored within minutes, had to give him a balloon to keep him entertained. Left the building in 10mins. A lot of improvement is needed. A few sensory toys? A small ball pit? Light up toys...that would keep the under 2s entertained for a while. All the toddlers in the building were walking around and asking for a balloon as they were also bored!!!

   We had my son’s birthday party here and it was amazing! The place is spacious, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. All the kids had a blast and everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend for any kids’ party!

   Nice place for kids. Rude staff Tickets and not expensive but the food inside is rip off And you are NOT ALLOWED your own food! I would say food from their cafeteria is more expensive than gold jewellery shop! Go there if you like to pay for a kids juice the price of golden chain. Not returning n not recommending

   One of the most racist play centres I've ever been to. We stopped coming here a good few years ago for the same reason. Today we decided to give it another chance. Boy, does this place attract some uneducated chavvy parents. And the staff / management that will always side with "White" parents when there is dispute between kids. Will never be returning here. Especially when last time This happened (few years ago) it was us who had booked out the venue for a kids party. But yet, being Asian management thought it was acceptable to cut our function short.

   Absolutely disgusting service. Came here with my niece the lady that spoke to us was very unprofessional and intimidating. I didn't see the sign stating no outside food could be brought in. As I started eating the lady in question stormed across the room to myself and my cousin shouting you can't eat in here. She was pointing her fingers at our faces, shouting and made it so awkward for myself and the kids. She then shouted there's signs everywhere didn't you see. I completely understand her concerns I regards to allergies and etc but I geniunely did not see the sign as I would not have bought food in. There could have been a very more approachable way to deal with the situation. We had everyone around us staring, we felt very embarrassed and insulted. This lady was still shouting saying we can go outside and have the food if we wish to and then stormed off to the other end of the hall to attend a child's party as she was cleaning tables. We put the food away as we felt bad and embarrassed of what had just happened. This lady then proceeded to watch us from afar with her arms crossed making it very uncomfortable for me and my cousin. After another 5mins of the constant glares we took both my niece and nephew and left to go to another play centre. It's quite upsetting to think this is how certain people run their businesses. If it wasn't for parents and guardians like us taking out children to these centres they wouldn't be running. I've been struggling with my mental health recently and this is the first time in weeks I had gone out in public only to be treated in this manner, I was very anxious and felt sick. Your staff members need to learn basic manners and how to treat others with dignity and respect. Will not be returning here and will also advise family and friends not to bring their children here too.

   We had a fantastic party at Play, and I can't emphasise enough how accommodating and helpful the staff was. We had more guests than expected, but the staff did a fantastic job setting everything up and organising extra food and party bags for all the kids. They made us very happy and inquired about everything before making decisions. They also took on all the stress and conducted themselves in a professional manner. We didn't experience any stress as they were reassuring , polite and super helpful. We will undoubtedly host more parties at play because Charline and the management were so excellent and helpful. In addition to being competent, they went above and beyond to deal with all the additional youngsters and made sure everything was ideal for our celebration.

   Booked the whole place to have my daughter's birthday party here. Staff were amazing, the place was lovely and clean and kids loved every part of it. Thanks for taking care of everything, will definitely be back!
