   We had a brilliant time for our daughter’s birthday party! The whole team were amazing and the party went very smoothly from start to finish . All the children had the best time! I would definitely recommend and will be returning!

   If I could give it 0 stars I would. Firstly the entrance to the door was an ice rink and a death trap and really dangerous. Could barely walk to the door as I'm heavily pregnant. Had to have my partner help me. Was terrified my partner was going to slide drop our 19 month old son and both would get really injured. The girl at reception seemed to think she was doing us a favour by charging us the price for a one year old when our son is one? The play area for under twos is shocking, theres no effort or thought put into it. I've seen better free play areas at pubs. No one is supervising their kids, and staff are too busy chatting to keep and eye on things. Under two play area specifically says under 2s only yet children of any age are being allowed in there because apparently parents can't read and staff don't watch the area properly. Play area is filthy. Toilets are absolutely vile, half of them dont work and the ones that do you flush them and a load of poo comes up and the water starts rising. Barely any of the cubicles had toilet paper. Place seems to be run by 16 year olds. Awful experience. Won't be going back

   We had such a great time this afternoon! The place was clean and tidy and the kids had so much fun! Sarah (the manager) was helpful and kind and so easy to work with! This was an exclusive hire and she really accommodated whatever we needed. We will definitely come back again!

   Can't fault this place it is very clean . so much to do and the staff keep an eye out on the little area for babies so bigger children don't enter it . Which is big win for me . Food prices are fair not expensive at all. And TOILETS AND CHANGING AREA is clean smells nice and is always fully stocked up . Will be returning

   AVOID - AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE - CANCELED PARTY LESS THAN 24 hours notice Our 5 year olds birthday party was unfortunately cancelled less than 24 hours before the party would have been due to start. This was due to burst pipes and a leak which we completely understood was unavoidable and out of anyone’s hands. Due to the short notice we had of course already purchased a large birthday cake to accommodate the 25 children attending, with only a 3 day shelf life majority of this went to waste. Unable to find another venue our little boy was left completely devastated. We explained to the funhouse we would still very much like to rebook our child’s party but as we will have to repurchase the same cake and re print the invitations we would highly appreciate these very small costs in the grand scheme of the party price would be taken off of our party bill. All forms of compensation were completely rejected with no compromise but to top it off we were met with zero sympathy and rudeness when we explained our situation. The company will be reimbursed fully by insurance for the situation that happened but we have completely lost out as the customers and nobody seems to care at the funhouse. Due to the customer service provided I would avoid this venue at all costs particularly in relation to children’s birthday parties.

   Very good value for money where entry fees are concerned and my LO had a good time which is what counts the most but it could do with a bit of a refurb. At the very least, in-between the mats need a very good hoover. Putting the baby sensory room next to toilets wasn't the best idea either.

   Went to a 2 hour kids party on Sunday. It was actually really good. The manager lady is fantastic with kids and runs a tight ship. The soft play areas are really big, both for older kids and also under 5s. Sipderman turned up and did a really good job with the young kids. He climbed over the netting and my 3 Yr old was spellbound. All in all a decent place, I do recommend.
