I found 1 female member of staff extremely rude to us on arrival, I don't understand why any play centre do not have any deals for twins or triplets etc, it's ridiculous pricing, their website doesn't explain prices properly, I asked to go out for a cigarette and when coming back into the building I was told that I have to go to the gate, not the side of the building, I would have appreciated the information beforehand, or at least a sign saying so! Not to be rude but people have stuff going on in their lives that random people don't know about and it would just help when people who are working would be professional and kind instead of being rude and not listening.

Its not to bad, a little tired in places. Though its cheap to get in they make their money on food and drink inside (abd you cant take your own) so be aware. Its not terrible, its not great, it just is what it is.

Had my daughter's birthday party here, would never come again. Staff are useless-princess party with the princesses stood looking awkward doing nothing. They weren't even the princesses my daughter chose. One child with dietary requirements didn't get her food for about 20 mins- I had to ask for it. The party room/ food bit was just dismal, staff/princesses made no effort with music or to get the children excited and celebrating. Massive let down.

Just had my daughters 8th birthday party there and it was fabulous. The party host took care of everything. All the children used the equipment for an hour and then we sat in the dining area, which had sofas around for all the adults. Lovely food and plenty of it. Then a visit from Harriet the Hippo making some magical memories for our little one. Lots of games to finish. Great experience from start to finish all the the staff were very helpful. Place has recently been re-decorated to a high standard and looks great on all the photos. Highly recommend

I will not be returning or recommending this playcentre, as I was interrogated and berated over a toddler's bottle of water. I was coerced into handing it over to be emptied and then told that I could be bringing in medicine or alcohol in it! I was then made to feel grateful that although they are a cafe that they would give me free water. I then watched as another member of staff went around all the tables to remove other children's bottles of water. I wonder what they would do if a baby or younger toddler was still on formula milk, would that also have to be discarded just incase it contained medicine or alcohol? The older female member of staff should not be on reception as she has a very abrupt manner and no customer care qualities.

Very rude and unpleasant staff, which made for an uncomfortable visit I won't be bringing my children again, it is a children's play centre and was questioned over 2 small children's water bottles the kids had while they where holding and drinking them. I would normally buy a tea and toast maybe some fruit or something but I will be going to bomerang, or curly whirleez! From now on an awful experience. Staff walking around questioning people on if water bottles where theres and if so having to have them revoked! If you need to have to take water or god help me milk! of children then you need to put the prices up and sort the place and staff out!! Shocking Additionally on entering this female member of staff was shouting at an older lady and her child for a similar reason it was highly uncomfortable if I hadn't got two excited kids I would of driven away. The place is hard to park at and is on a busy main road.

Easy to book, friendly staff and good facilities. Free parking around the back. When we were there the owner told us we couldn't bring our own water in but he explained why and provided a solution. Great communication by him.

Great couple of hours. Only 2 issues. There was no heating on, so if your sat watching kids it gets cold. And they don't take card payments so if you don't carry cash you can't buy anything

Hard to find in the middle of huge industrial area with no signage. Small play area in the midst of a large restaurant. Too many children for the size of the play zone. In the under 4 section, there were tiny children able to climb high on to the window sill and unable to get down. All staff dealing with restaurant, no one seemed to be managing the play areas. Kids piling at the top of the slide, not letting smaller kids down, a large boy pushed my 2 year old over deliberately in the football area, again no staff around, no parents watching him so I told him off. Under 4 section over run with large children, smaller children almost getting stood on. No staff to enforce rules. Too busy waiting tables.
