Where is the guy who worked at the weekends he was truly fantastic, his attitude towards customers was so friendly and helpful. I've come in since even in the week and found the other guy very short & grumpy with a very bad customer interaction, now I only come in if I have too as this shop has gone down hill.
Paul is always very friendly and is helpful to my mum in getting her liquids ready. Highly recommended
Came here for a disposable vape, he recommended a "legal monkey" vape. Less than 12 hours later the battery has died before I got through the first liquid and it doesn't seem to be rechargeable either. Another shop that prefers quick money over repeat custom.
Very knowledgeable, friendly, impartial and attentive to what it was I'm looking for, or identifying exactly waht it was, as i was a little unsure. They offered suitable options, which instills confidence and loyalty. They know their stuff & have my best interests, generally, as their guide.
So many choices of vaping devices. However I was allowed time to look, handle the ones I liked the look of and ask questions to the chap behind the counter. The chap was very knowledgeable about the devices I was looking at. I selected the device and then it was onto choosing from the many many vaping juices on the shelf. Again the chap explained the different liquids on offer and asked what flavours I'd been vaping in the disposable vape pens. He helped me select a flavour and then took me to the till to pay. Upon paying my card didn't work and had to ask him to give me a few more minutes while I sorted my online banking app. The reason I'm mentioning this is because he was very kind and patient. All while still serving other customers with a welcome and a smile.

Massive shop with a great selection of products. Surprisingly well priced and the staff will always go out of thier way to help. Couldn't recommend this place enough.
The vapes I got were the ones that I have had before very reliable. Although the man serving was very rude especially when speaking to my partner. Didn't read the flavours when asked instead said "read them over here". I really wouldn't mind but if we saw somewhere else would have definitely walked put. Rude rude rude.
