The kids always love player there. If you have a group of you going. Its best to book ahead. But if its just you. Go right ahead. During the weekends just double check and give them a call. Theyre always very friendly
Amazing since reopened after the flood, new balls, new floors, freshly painted, amazing staff highly recommended booking in advance. Mel and Natasha (all staff) always happy and welcoming. Passes are great value for the money. All areas accessible to all ages of children and adults. My little ones love it .
Took my children here yesterday, what a lovely experience! To start off Mel and Aliyah were lovely and welcoming! Had such a lovely chat with them. They were very kind and chatty with the kids too. The atmosphere is great and the kids love it. They enjoyed it so much we bought a monthly pass. Safe to say we will become regulars!!!
Great little play area. Went with a toddler, they found plenty to play with. Lovely lady was managing the area, very friendly and helpful. Snacks and drinks were available.
We love Wacky at the Waggon and Horses! Mel and Tasha are awesome. Last week there were some difficult customers and they dealt with them with pure grace. Very tidy and clean and very welcoming. We will definitely be returning!

No tea bags. No one supervising the under 5s being on the over 5s equipment. Carers glued to their phones not watching their children 's safety. Nice clean place though
A lovely place but really let down badly by an awful member of staff with short dark hair. No smiles or a hello and no help with the customer service either. The way she speaks to children is also shocking and definitely no warm welcome from her. People are desperate for a job these days and if you do not like it let another person have a chance.
