   I am writing this review to warn others about the appalling behaviour of a staff member named Shannon at this location. My experience went beyond rudeness. After being met with dismissive sighs, eye-rolls, and contemptuous service from Shannon from the moment I approached the counter, I finally stated that I would be complaining about her behaviour. Her response was shocking, unprofessional, and utterly unacceptable. She looked directly at me and said,”go ahead with your complaint." I was absolutely stunned. To have a staff member at a well-known chain use such profane language toward a customer is unbelievable. This is not just bad customer service; it is a complete failure of basic manners and professional conduct. This encounter has ensured that I will never, ever return to this Costa Coffee or any other. The brand is now permanently tarnished in my eyes. I will be actively telling my entire family, social circle, and colleagues to boycott Costa Coffee entirely until this matter is addressed. This is not an isolated bad attitude; this is a representative of your brand who feels empowered to swear at customers without consequence. To the Management and Area Manager: This is a five-alarm fire for your business. This employee is actively driving customers away in the most dramatic fashion possible. Immediate and serious disciplinary action must be taken. This behaviour cannot be tolerated or excused. You need to investigate this incident immediately.

   Libby and Sam were welcoming and made me the most amazing gift.. A chocolate fudge brownie frappe. It's changed my life my mood my expectations my experience of life. My belly says yes yes yes. Walk in and taste the delights of this crazy tasty concussion. I DARE YOU! I DOUBLE DARE YOU!!! SERIOUSLY DELICIOUS! DO NOT DARE UNLESS YOU WANT TO FEEL GOOD INSIDE

   Great hard working staff but the air conditioning is broken down. Definitely not conducive to a pleasant atmosphere. Why do Costa allow their staff to suffer through ridiculous working conditions? Staff kept a positive and respectful attitude despite putting up with the stuffy interior. I had to leave as I was sweating. Shame

   Nice coffee shop in Wolverhampton. It's a Costa, so very much like every other Costa. The are plenty of coffee shops around here, but I normally end up here when I'm in the area for university. As a tea drinker, I can't really comment on the coffee. The earl grey tea on the other hand is pretty good. Though that can't really be messed up, it's just a tea bag and water! Food is good as well, nice range plus some good veggie/vegan options. Overall, nice place to visit, good atmosphere. Plus there is seating downstairs as well.

   Costa generally need to remember what their main product is (coffee just in case they have forgot). The coffee is rushed, the milk is too hot and that burns the coffee. They need to get back to doing coffee properly.

   Costa in the Mander Centre, used to be in Debenhams (currently closed). Good location and staff are pleasant and friendly. Had a Terry's Orange hot chocolate....was lovely. Super polite barista staff too
