   Staff treat you like scum of the earth. Was waiting for my order so briefly sat down as I have joint problems. Big white woman with light brown hair in ponytail comes over and makes a snarky remark about me under her breath before telling me to leave immediately and rolling her eyes when I said I was waiting for my food. Her attitude is a disgrace to Costa and I cannot fathom how she even got employed - other customers were also visibly disgusted by her!

   Disgraceful experience, as soon as we sat down we were asked if we were going to order which we responded yes but we were not ready yet as we were looking at the menu online. About two minutes later the same worker came over and said are you ordering yet or you have to leave, we felt very rushed and forced to order by this. Just as we were getting up to order we were greeted by the same worker telling us to leave because we “weren’t ordering” despite us trying to explain that we were trying to get up and order the same worker then closed the barrier on us and we had to spend a couple of minutes figuring out how to get out. I am unsure of the workers name but they had short blonde hair and glasses, our order was not placed due to this incident and we left immediately. Rushed, rude and disrespectful.

   My toastie was hard and cold. I had originally ordered creamy mac and cheese, but instead of informing Uber Eats that it was out of stock, Costa employees failed to pass on a simple message, causing Uber Eats to keep reassigning new drivers. By the time they assigned the seventh driver, I assumed the delay was due to traffic, as that’s usually the case. When I finally contacted the driver, he reached out to Costa on my behalf since I couldn’t get through to their phone line. He then informed me of the situation and gave me the option to order something else or request a refund through Uber Eats, so I chose the toastie. The service at this Costa is absolutely atrocious—train your staff! A simple phone call would have saved me so much time. Every time I order from this location, the service is awful, but I’ve let it slide—until now. Your employees are completely incompetent!

   Ok for a drink but don't expect any manners. Ordered 3 drinks to stay, was given them in takeaway mugs. Team serving us were rude when I asked to leave lids off the mugs, and it seemed like we were an inconvenience to them. It wasn't busy either so it's not like they were rushing around. Drinks were ok and everything was ok with food, but for the prices you're paying you expect at the very least some manners. Others around us had a similar experience too so was a bit awkward.

   rude staff. sections constantly closed so staff can avoid doing their job. Most of the time get told it’s take out only literally hours before closing time, again so staff can avoid actually working. Probably the worst Costa I’ve been to and I go to a lot

   Staffs have no manners. They all have attitude ridiculous. I don’t expect minimum wage staff to act like they own the entire mander centre. Slow service and the place looked super messy. Costa coffee should fire them all and look for new candidates who atleast know how to show respect to customers. Won’t go there again..

   I don't normally write reviews but my experience here was disgusting. I will not be returning here. I waited 5 minutes for two female workers to notice me before I was served, they were just sat on the sofas sipping coffee, on their phones, chatting etc. When I was finally served by Shannon, she was rude, ignorant and didn't want to know. I was told it was take out only at 4pm because they were closing soon, I have never had this issue before at any other costa. The tables were dirty. Staff were rude just overall a really bad experience.

   Table was not cleaned need to clean yourself there was no paper to clean as well, Hot chocolate & Chai Latte was not hot even the taste was OK. Sandwich was good.

   Staff's attitude are disgraceful, to busy talking to be bothered to serve and then when they do serve attitudes were awful, like they were doing you a favour. No wonder it's so quiet , won't be visiting again. Certainly not the normal good customer service you get from other Costa 's , staff need training in what good customer service and good manners look like.
