   Had my neices party here and the worst experience with the ‘hijab lady’ so rude and not accommodating at all. No professionalism from her. Great venue which ruins it. Hope they find someone more better for the community

   I had a really disappointing experience during my visit. One of the staff members, a woman working was incredibly rude—not just to me, but to other customers as well. Her tone was blunt, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic courtesy. When asked simple questions, she responded with visible annoyance, eye-rolling, and impatience. It created a really uncomfortable atmosphere. Customer service should be about helping people, not making them feel like a burden. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, especially when they’re paying for a service. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning—and I wouldn’t recommend it to others unless something changes.

   Hi , I booked hall and they asked £50 upfront . I paid but they are not friendly at all. First big issues staff is so rude and have no 1% manners .music was on she said turn off music eight now in very rude way when still time left for hall closing . She starred on me showed me her big ugly eyes that centre not pay me to wait here for u. In front of my guest . How she can do that when u paid everything as lo deposits advance and still I am facing her bad and rubbish talk and staring wide open eyed on me in front of my guests . How can she do that ? I felt so so bad . It was my bday and she ruined all my party . She hurt me . Hijab lady has no manners . She is so so rude like monster . I felt !!! She has no right to talk to my guests to clean or look at rules look at mess . She has to come me and tel me separately not in front of my guests . That’s so cheap and rude behaviour I ever seen. In my life . I do parties every time a I booked hall . Owners and staff are so friendly kind welcoming . Wht type of this hall ans staff are like ??? She said u can’t open back door . The hall was so suffocated only 25 ppl and it was so hard to breath in and temperature was 24 outside . Guests need fresh air . They Dnt want to faint . Hijab lady shouting at my guests why u opened the door close the door . Plz gonna listen noise and music . Why u opened ur hall in residential area if u can’t let ppl do noise or put music on , ? Just take hall to country side . She had no right to shout on me in front of my guests . She was horrible lady. No fresh air . Waste money waste time . U will get insult for free .very bad experience . Not happy at all . Not recommend anyone to be get fool And insult there . I asked how much for cleaning .They said £30 but I have to take all rubbish with u . It was 15 black bins bag. Which I put in my car on bday . And all My car messed and I did deep cleaning extra money . If u hire this hall u need extra money because in the end all rubbish go in ur car . Only For brushing and mobing they charge£30 so expensive . They didn’t give me deposits back too . 6 hours £30 per hour which is £180 and they took from my bank account is £230 . Sorry but no happy with this hall . Rude staff , not friendly at all . When u have 25 guests amd staff insulting u in them. V bad experience. Not happy at all

   The starting of the event everything was great towards the end it was one of the worst experience ever, the lady in hijab was extremely disrespectful towards the guests and had no manners at all, I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone, had zero customer service skills, lack of manners and in general wasn't a pleasant experience.

   Lovely place but very horrible customer service. That hijabi lady has no manners and she disrespected our guests. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never seen anything like this and would make sure everyone knows about this horrible place.

   Lovely centre, but the woman was very rude towards us and held us responsible for things we didn’t do. Called us alcoholics and rushed us out without letting us clean the centre. The gent we spoke to after was very lovely and understanding. Think the woman should learn a few things from him.

   My son had his birthday party at the Crossley Centre this weekend and I can honestly say it was an amazing venue. Total value for money and such a large space, we had room for an indoor bouncy castle and still loads of room for all the kids to play and enjoy themselves. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks all at the Crossley Centre Chadderton
