   Cheap and cheerful as my mum would have said. The staff are friendly and helpful. Not haute cuisine but good, tasty food at affordable prices. The perfect pit stop during a shopping trip.

   Food is pretty good and priced very reasonably! The coffee here is also great, especially the cappuccinos. The staff are friendly enough and they've never been rude or snappy to me or my family so that's a bonus! Only downside I'd say is there's not a lot of choice where food is concerned after about 12pm or 1pm other than cakes, scones, teacakes and general afternoon tea type foods. If you want a sausage sandwich or something then you'll have to come in the morning :)

   Food was ok, not worth what you pay for it. Service was poor! What happened to service with a smile or even a please and thank you from the staff? Felt like an inconvenience just for wanting some lunch.. don't forget that the customers pay your wage! Won't be visiting again.
