   We decided to try the cafe today instead of the sandwich meal deal from within the supermarket . I am glad we did!! I ordered scampi, chips and peas and the portion size was large, bigger than a pub meal I had at least 15 pieces of scampi it was hot the chips were lovely and for £15 for 2 meals and unlimited hot drinks it was excellent value for money. I agree with other reviews they were very under staffed and with a broken dishwasher to top it off, the lady who served us was stressed but very polite. Thank you x

   2 x Big breakfasts. Cold hard egg and beans, bacon which was just a lump of fat, awful mushrooms. Dirty crockery and mugs. Thoroughly depressing and disappointing for the best part of £20 Even have to order yourselves on a screen so can’t rate the service.

   Funniest café experience for a while... All tables were complaining and it wasn't even busy. The staff were LOVELY but there seemed to only be two on. The coffee machine was out of everything. All of the tables were full of rubbish, we even walked around and cleared them to help. One couple demanded a refund after the waitress dribbled in their food. Pmsl... The floors and tables are filthy. Basically it's understaffed. Have been waiting a long time for lunch. There was almost an assault by an elderly lady over chips which ended up being COLD lol. Now there's an angry queue at the till where there is no staff because she's filling the coffee machine up. I do feel sorry for the staff. Food came, half cold. No knives available. Just realised the kids meal was wrong. Queue being turned away now for the food wait being an hour. Two more tables just walked out for refund now. First world problem so we're all laughing, but wow. Cheap enough though. Come on Morrisons.. support your staff better.

   Ordered fish and chips and wanted to order a slice of cake the plates were washed but wet and not cleaned properly so didn’t bother. The table were not clean had to wipe with tissue. Regretted ordering while I waited uncomfortably in the cafe. Cafe deffo needs improving. Don’t think il be visiting anytime soon.

   Absolutely dreadful service, there were about 5 tables who asked for refund and left because we had all been waiting 1 hour plus. During this time, we noticed at least 5 different orders going out for delivery. Morrisons need to stop doing delivery and concentrate on the customers in store. They've missed out on cafe meal and our weekly shop, we will not be returning.

   I'm changing my review from 3stars to 5stars. Food quality and portion significantly improved. Last night I was at table 21 and had lovely fish, chips, peas. My daughter had fish coujons, chips and peas. Then my friend with her daughter also joined us to order all day breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed too. Staff are very nice.

   Food good, hot drinks not so much, drinks machines are almost always not working properly but you find out after you have paid for your drinks. Could do better, lol :)

   Visited cafe Saturday 29th October 4 o’clock.Grandaughter has food intolerance problems. No problem for staff on duty,they explained menu as what she could have from menu.All our 4 meals were excellent.Well done too the staff. Dave from Warrington.
