Still haven’t received my order (1 pair of school hair clips) and I’ve been waiting well over a month. They don’t reply to messages. Disappointing, sorry.
Upon receiving my items I really felt I must leave a review as I’m so happy with the service, delivery and products. I received a call to say 1 of the items weren’t available and I could be refunded after purchasing, which was fine. Items arrived within 48hrs after purchased! I was over the moon with this as they arrived for my son’s birthday! The items I received were amazing quality and printed to the highest of standards! absolutely amazing. went in today and explained my mum had passed away and needed some printing done on a little bag for mum's things. they were so kind and understanding and made the experience alot easier than me and my sister were expecting. went to collect bag and all I can say is I'm blown away by the quality of the product and the extra mile they went to make it it extra special. mum would adore the design and we are so thankful. Recently ordered two personalised Little Mix T-shirts for my niece and nephew from Ebay. The order came with very good timing and was absolutely perfect. I asked for specific instructions via a message in regards to colour and t-shirt size and these were completed perfectly.
