   Son lost his wallet here with all his Christmas money in. We didn’t have much hope it would be found but I reported it lost to the lovely Shanese. I left my details and within minutes she called to say she found it! She even ran outside to pass it on to my son. Shanese went above and beyond. We are so grateful for her. Happy new year!!!

   Me and my family went a couple of weeks ago during a seemingly quiet day. When we arrived we had waited for at least 20 minutes to be served due to severe understaffing. This poor girl was left on her own to manage the bar and the reception. We asked her if we could have some help and she did so very patiently however when we tried to speak to the manager to help us, he looked at us for 1 second then immediately picked up a phone call laughing along to whatever the caller was saying ultimately blanking us!!!! Such an embarrassment not only for the poor staff but for the whole company. When he did eventually speak to us he was cold and not helpful at all. I believe his name was Demetrius. Very rude manager embarrassing staff and customer all in one. Do better next time and maybe hire some better management next time. WILL NOT BE COMING AGAIN !

   This was, without question, the worst customer experience I have ever had at a venue. I am giving one star only because zero isn't an option. ​We visited specifically hoping to play a game of pool, only to find the pool sticks were locked away, requiring us to ask a staff member. When we approached the staff, one member immediately started what felt like an interrogation, demanding to know if we were from "college or sixth form." When I confirmed we were from a college (a university college, located nowhere near Didsbury, I might add), he straight-up refused to let us play pool without explaining the reasons, and all the response that I got was "I can't explain it". ​There was no polite explanation, no mention of an 'local only' policy—just a flat refusal based on our academic institution, which is utterly ridiculous and frankly discriminatory. ​We traveled out of our way to visit this place, and the staff member's unbelievably rude and presumptive behavior completely ruined our afternoon. I have never felt so unwelcome and judged. Management needs to seriously review their policies and train their staff on basic courtesy and non-discrimination. Avoid this venue if you expect fair treatment.

   Food was not worth the price. Paid for large fries and got a normal portion. Margharita Pizza was almost laughable, it was rock hard and just not a pizza at all. More like stale bread with tomatoe slapped on! Nothing about it said Pizza. Squash drink tasted fully like water hardly any squash in it at all! I ordered 3 ice creams (2 chocolate and 1 vanilla). Waited more than 40 minutes and nothing came out so I asked a worker and she brought out 3 vanilla and left them on the table! By this point i didn't bother to say anything. The food side really needs to be improved especially at the prices charged.

   We booked for a laser tag Birthday party here and it was excellent. Special thanks to Steven, our amazing Laser Tag lead and host, who was absolutely brilliant with the children, and to Charlie on Reception who was so helpful at the time of booking and again on the day - both are a huge asset to the Parrswood centre! We would have given 5 stars because the laser tag and party was fantastic, but reduced it slightly because once booked in person at the site, it was very difficult to contact the site by phone or by email because you have to go through a central reservations line, and there's no direct link if you have questions about simple logistics for the day. That said, the Manager at the site did call us back (after lots of effort on our part) and was very helpful answering questions. All in all it was a great experience by a professional team in Steven, Charlie and John. Thank you!

   Met for a special birthday celebration here. The previous party were running 5 - 10 minutes late and we waited. A little bit frustrating considering we arrived 15 mins before our scheduled slot as instructed to by Tenpin to check in and get the lane set up etc. Other than the slight delay and at one point the balls piling up on the ball return we had a great time. It was fun. Would recommend it as a great group activity.

   Theres always plenty to do for the kids and the bowling is good fun too! can I just mention Charlie has gone the extra mile for us on a few occasions and is a real pleasure to your company! very happy with the service we have received from her on multiple visits. Highly recommend this place for a good family day out!

   Interesting spot for bowling with your friends, nothing outstanding, an ok experience, definitely overpriced for what it is. A bit cramped in the bowling alley, not enough space to sit more than 3 people, and the table placement for the drinks is awkwardly placed and not accessible to 2 of the 3 people sitting down. There's a space for arcade games, all new'ish and generic, no big or pupular video game titles, so not exactly a cool retro arcade house. Also of note are the bathrooms; they are messy, dirty, smudged, and toilet paper missing or all over the place. It needs regular maintenance by the staff. In conclusion, it does the job of entertaining, but it's not great at it and doesn't really try. Tacky and messy.
