First and foremost I disagree with the post by Fiona Li. This line dance class is amazing. The teacher is very friendly and patient and travels a long way to teach us. The other members were very welcoming to the person who wrote that post. In fact I remember the times she attended. She hardly ever got up to try to dance, just sitting there with headphones on apparently listening to music. Sometimes she wouldn't arrive until 9.45 pm, the class ends at 10pm! At line dance classes the actual DANCE is requested, not the music. On some occasions a member even took her home as her transport never arrrived. This class is highly recommended.

Okay, I’m gonna give to it straight and I really need to get this off my chest. My line-dancing song requests never get answered and the teacher is just as stern and strict as my high school teachers which caused a lot of PTSD. Plus, the sessions should’ve been for free instead of forcing people to pay Β£5 in cash only for what it is. If I were you, I’d go to somewhere else for entertainment. At least, NQ64 Arcade Bar ACTUALLY ANSWERS and ACCEPTS my requests. Alternatively, say what you will about the Animeleague conventions but at least you’re guaranteed to line-dance to your favourite songs sometimes. These are the main reasons why I never returned to AppleJacks Line Dance Club. Not only is the AppleJacks Line Dance Club is a complete waste of my money, it’s also an utter waste of my time. Not to mention, it’s an absolute waste of space. If you want your requests fulfilled, go to any of the NQ64 Arcade Bars across the UK or go to any of the Animeleague conventions. I really can’t stress this enough. Most importantly, the teacher herself and Applejacks Line Dance Club are NOT accessibility friendly, especially to disabled people, autistic people and neurodivergent people.

Came here for a charity Christmas party for local charity 'SPOONS' neonatal support for parents. It's a lovely place. Very clean, tidy and they have a bar open for certain events. Plenty of room inside. Great if you need a venue for a kids party.
