   Popped by today ( 19th November 2025) around 10:30 am. A beautiful lady called Lucy took our order and straight away I could see the quality of the person serving she was so friendly and efficient nothing like Starbucks staff which I quite often experience. A real breath of fresh air.

   What an adorable costa. It's got a 24 hour drive through and a clean comfortable warm and airy cafe area. I do prefer costa but this place is definatly somewhere I will go when visiting kidderminster. And with the drive through I could imagine it's so convenient for commuting and business users. The staff are wonderful too. I'm disabled and they immediately identified my difficulties and offered to carry my drink to the table. The seating is varied chairs and sofas all beautifully clean and comfortable.

   Today we broke our usual Saturday morning tradition in search of a new caffeinated watering hole. Where did we end up? Well, since this review is about the Costa in Kidderminster, I’m sure you can guess. The seating area is spacious, with plenty of small round tables and a few larger square ones. There were five staff members on duty, keeping on top of clearing and cleaning tables, great to see! Coffee wise, I decided to branch out and try an iced cappuccino, which I had zero regrets about. I also grabbed a lemon tart to go with it — no complaints there either. All in all, a great experience. Friendly service, good coffee, and a relaxed vibe. Consider me happy.

   Still love this location in Kidderminster for my favourite coffee. Great staff, nice seating area inside and out. Coffee lovely as always. Plenty of parking. Like the longer hours at the location also. Easy to get in and out of back to the main road.

   Pleasant site, which is clean and modern. It's very quiet in store, so it seems like mostly drive-through customers before 9am. They have 2 instavolt electric car charging stations in the carpark.

   The staff are all pretty friendly but this place can get really busy so they can all look really frazzled. Its not their fault, just woefully understaffed. Outdoor seating area has the most uncomfortable seating with sharp edges designed to cut into your legs. The area is tatty and needs a jetwash. Still way better than the nearby Starbucks though.
