   Don't think it's like it was a few years ago. There's always shelves empty. Products aren't as cheap as they used to be. I do like it when they have offers on their paints, which makes it good value. Has its own car park. Staff are helpful and friendly. Store looks clean. I think its good for buying wild bird products.

   I used to work in M&S and if I served people how they do at Wilko's in Clowne it would be an instant dismissal. It wasn't just me. The elderly lady infront of me had all her items scanned on the tiny, pathetic bit of packing area. The customer assistant just stood there sipping water. Didn't even ask if she needed help. I use this place because it's close to Tesco. That is all. POOR SERVICE!

   Always have what I need. Friendly staff and lots of products at fair prices. Unfortunately, I don't go into wilkos as much because it takes an age to get served due to implementation of self-service tills and only one person serving. I have heard many people say they don't shop there as much now.

   The till staff were polite and sociable but felt I was nothing but a hindrance to the floor staff. I spoke to three who were nothing short of rude. "Its out of stock" no sorry or we may have stock later etc. I found an item with 50% off and when I asked how much the 50% was taken off I was told they would know at the till. Charming! so much for customer service.

   I visited early evening to the Clowne store with a long list of items due to me moving house. The store was fairly busy but not crowded. Every member of staff that I dealt with was very friendly an helpful and to cap it all every item was in stock. I akso remembered other things that I needed and they were all available as well. First class.
