   Absolutely pleasure from start to finish. Initially Charlotte sat down with us and planned the design, plenty of patience as me and the Mrs agreed on nothing. Delivery came the day it was promised. Every piece was checked and ticked off. There was a mark on one of the drawers, called them and they sent a new one the following day. The quality of the wood seemed to be alot stronger and sturdy than other companies we tried. Also these were slightly cheaper. Thank you very much, Kitchen looks great!

Jon, you are customer service personified, nothing was too much trouble you.    Fantastic service from the showroom at Birdwell. Wendy was great, she attended to measure the area listened to what we wanted then designed our perfect kitchen. No cost for the visit or design service. Very knowledgeable about the kitchen design and the appliances. To top it all quoted very competitive prices for the appliances and the kitchen.    Absolutely brilliant service and experience from start to completion. We visited the Barnsley store before it fully opened and immediately knew Square were right for us. We must have been the first customers in Birdwell! Our gut instincts have been proven right at every step. Design and choice was made easy with Nick (who hadn’t even started when we first went in!!). After his visit and our return to Square, we ended up with something we didn’t think we could achieve in a design we didn’t visualise… and that’s on of the strengths of Square I suppose. On our initial visit we were able to spend time discussing options and materials and ways to manage the budget which was helpful in what was quite a large kitchen and utility as let of a ground-floor extension. We felt like we were in control and it was a really collaborative experience from start to finish. We were quickly able to get to what we wanted in a smooth and hastle-free way and out thoughts and ideas came to life really effectively. Importantly this was at a price that was more than competitive to the ‘household’ retailers on the high street even if it’s not cheap - nothing is! The whole experience was however far better given we’d had some quotes and drawings from a couple. I wouldn’t go anywhere else again. Installation team were equally brilliant. Clean, tidy, helpful and very efficient and they shared what they were doing as they went through the process. Totally professional and really cared about getting it right. We have recommended Square to everybody and everybody who has been in the house loves what we were able to do. Couldn’t be happier! Pictures don’t do it justice and we’ve added a log-burner and a few other bits since we had it installed in late 2022.

   I popped into the new Birdwell in off chance they could match a quote i had from another local supplier, that is when everything changed, I the fell in love with the leicht kitchens they are a new dealer for, the price we ended up paying was more than the other showroom, but wow the quality of the product is a different level. Flawless service, great peeps, you should be proud of your fitters too they are so complimentary towards the company which speaks volumes.

   We were the first kitchen to be sold from Barnsley, although five close relations & Friends have bought through square before, from Sheffield. Thanks Nick for a outstanding design, the process they follow is great. Matt the fitter was 5*. Good luck in your new showroom you are smashing it.
