Booked this on line for 2 children and a spectator. On arrival was told I had to pay Β£8 to stand at the side of the trampoline as one of the children was 4yrs and 5 month I had already paid Β£1 to sit in the cafe and watch this was said was additional cost I shown and explained the web site states under 4yrs but was just told it was an error on web site I also had to pay an extra Β£3.50 each for the socks supplied 1. The website is incorrect and needs updating 2. The centre needs to abide by the website when a booking is made 3. Very unhelpful staff I would welcome someone to contact me and explain and give an appropriate explanation

Fantastic experience today for Amelia 7th birthday. Greeted with professional and friendly staff. Introduced to our party organiser for the day who was friendly and organised. Everything was on hand from sock and wrist bands for the kids which the Becky the organiser health with and greet each child. Went to part room when children went on equipment and all shoes were in a basket and then neatly lined up ready for when they finished. Helped with gifts and setting the room up. Room hpod size and clean all ready with table set up just wanted to add some banners and ballons which becky helped with. Food fab, nuggets were real chicken! (Not reformed) becky organised singing and cut the cake for us too. We had the best most stress free party ever!!! Highly recommend 5* from start to finish!!!!

Excellent place kids loved it. Lots of different things to do. It was a little cold and Donβt order food it took 50 minutes to get it we got 2 meals at a time and the kids sandwiches came last!! Note to Owners β Maybe you should get the kids meals out first! But the play area is excellent. Worth coming.

Fantastic experience today for our daughterβs 8th birthday party. The staff were so helpful, well organised and the party went so smoothly. I ordered the hot platter in addition to the party food and it was delicious and enough for all the adults also! Couldnβt recommend our experience today highly enough.

We recently had my daughterβs birthday party at Velocity Wigan Trampoline Park. We originally booked the Clip & Climb and Trampolining package, but around 3β4 weeks before the party I received a call explaining that the Clip & Climb section was closed due to a part issue. The staff were polite and apologetic on the phone, but nothing was offered as a goodwill gesture, even something small like a free slushie for the kids would have been appreciated. Had I known about the closure earlier, I would have booked a trampoline park closer to home, but by that point it was too late to make other arrangements. On the day, our party host was absolutely lovely, very friendly, helpful, and organised. She made sure the party room was beautifully set up, handled the cake, and even served it to the children. However, when we spoke, she mentioned that the Clip & Climb area had actually been closed all summer due to an accident, which made me question why I was able to book the Clip & Climb package at the end of summer in the first place if it had already been out of use for so long. That was quite disappointing to hear and felt misleading. The party room itself was great, decorated nicely, and the food was fantastic, plenty of pizza, chicken nuggets, chips, donuts, ice lollies, and drinks. There was more than enough to go around, and the kids really enjoyed it. However, I did find the main trampoline area extremely overcrowded, which made supervision difficult. While I was walking around keeping an eye on the children from our party, a few incidents occurred, one child from another group punched a girl from our party in the stomach (very well raised boys of course), and another boy repeatedly jumped on the same trampoline as my daughter, which ended up hurting her foot (all from the same party as well). None of this was seen by staff (understandably, as it was very busy), but we did report it and the staff spoke to the boys involved and of course their parents were no where in sight. Unfortunately, that didnβt seem to make much difference, and the rough play continued so then I had to try keep the children at my party all together to keep them safe and continue to tell off these boys. Despite these issues, my daughter and her friends still had a great time overall. The venue itself is fun and well-equipped, but the overcrowding, lack of proper supervision, and the misleading information about the Clip & Climb closure definitely took away from the experience. Itβs a shame, because with a little more attention to safety and honesty with customers, it could have been a brilliant party.

Lovely big space for the kids to let off steam however, staff just standing around talking and flirting with each other while kids are waiting to be unclipped and clipped on to the climbing walls. Maybe the cleaner was off today as the toilets smelt disgusting. Food is good and at a reasonable price.

Booked a ticket for my 2 kids. Arrived kids went off to play, they came back very after being kicked off the area because they had the wrong colour wrist bands on. went back to reception and was told they had to wait 30 minutes. What's the point of booking online for a time and then having to wait anouther 30 minutes to get on.. Kids sat upset.... They are supposed to be having a good time... Need to sort out your system..

kids enjoyed themselves in the play area and on trampolines. we did not use the climbingwalls. place seemed well run with plenty of staff watching for child safety and keeping the place clean and tidy. very set times for how long an activity is used. expensive entry and food. tho great parking availability.

We booked this as a y6 leavers for our children. 22 of us booked in and the staff couldnt of been more helpful Really good that have changed some of the activities up by installing a large inflatable which gives it a bit more variety and my son said its better than the foam pits. Food was included in the price. Nuggets/ pizza and chips. the staff were amazing putting tables together so the group could sit together as one giving it that real party feel for them. Drinks and snacks were pricey but no different to anyone else. It was a really warm day and the building was really warm, would of been good to have some air con fans to cool the place down a bit, and I know it's rare for us to get weather like that in the UK. Overall really good
