   I regret shopping at this store. The store manager seriously needs to learn how to speak to customers. There’s no reason for anyone to shout or yell when a customer asks question. The manager were rude, loud, and completely unprofessional. This kind of behaviour puts people off from ever returning. Management needs urgent training on customer service and basic manners.

   Absolutely disgusting customer service would never speak to anyone from there again you have to give one star but if I had the choice I woudn't haven't given them that absolutely terrible.

   Well went in yesterday as always do to Bradfield Rd branch Sheffield. Picked up these water bottles. Not everyone’s favourite subject on there. But I’m giving these away to a group that I run. Had yet another good customer experience with staff member DJ. Not the first time that he’s took time out to show me products that I’ve been interested in. Good customer service and a bit of a laugh. I always make it a place to pop in.

   Bought a g plan sofa from here in good condition and very reasonably priced for the quality. Arranged for delivery (at additional cost) and it came on time as promised. The delivery men were very helpful and delivered the sofa direct to the right room.
