   We are a business that offers property services and so we need clothing that will withstand dust and hard graft plus we need our brand guidelines to be eye catching and able to generate interest in the company. Cerys was very patient with us and took her time to explain the process and swap ideas with us. The result is clothing of a really high quality and the logo looks fantastic. We couldn't be more happy. Thank you!

   Zero Customer Service, Rude! I purchased a pack of two white shirts from Uniformity Clothing, Chester for £18. When I tried to return them because they didn’t fit, I was refused a refund due to a tiny mark on one shirt — a mark that later came off easily with a damp cloth. Despite explaining this and offering to clean it, staff refused to consider any solution or alternative. This is the only local uniform supplier, and the staff’s attitude suggests they know it. There was no flexibility or customer care, leaving me with two unused shirts and no remedy. I would urge local schools to consider offering alternative uniform suppliers so parents are not left with limited options and poor service. Entering this shop makes me literally unwelcomed and quite frankly sick!

   Ordered a blazer and a PE top late on in the summer, received email to confirm blazer is ready and not the PE top (not an issue as have a back up). Email stated I needed to download an app to check status. Didn't want to as no room on my phone, so emailed them.... they replied quickly to confirm status. And even dropped off the blazer at my house (originally opted for collect from store). Been using this shop since my daughter started Primary school, she's now in Year 8. Can't fault the service.

   Visited the Chester store 28/07, the lady serving was quite aggressive, kept rushing me and it felt like her time was more important doing other things. As it's the only shop that stores the uniform I'll have to go back, but it's a poor way to act when you know your customers don't have a choice in coming back to you. EDIT: Visited again on 29/07 and the lady today (different from the day before) was incredibly lovely.

   I called into the Ellesmere Port shop initially but they didn't stock the uniform I wanted. Debbie the lady I spoke to was so helpful, she measured my grandson and gave me the size he needed for his blazer and directed me to the Chester shop. Again, I was met by Cass who dealt with me, she was very helpful. The service at both shops was excellent.

   Brilliant shop. While everyone has been in and out of lockdown this shop has remained open online to order, they're very efficient and friendly. The only thing I would say could do with a tweak is the way their website is set up,it could be easier to navigate but it's nothing major so the 5 stars apply.
