0/10 customer service is non existent and won’t reply to emails. For a group of four standard tickets all together were £144 to only be able to experience 2 things. HUGE QUEUES and actors put in minimal effort. Think we saw 2 actors all together walking round the whole time outside. Very overpriced and clearly run by greedy farmers who over sell it.

We went last night, spent 90% of the time queing. Arrived at 6.30, didnt get through security till 7.45 after queing for over an hour next to buses with the engines running. Only managed 6 out of the 8 attractrions due to length of time spent queing. Stopped us going into slaughterhouse at 10.40 even though there was no que for that one we were just told it was closed. Tickets to get in were a small fortune and they were vastly oversold in my opinion, far too many people there. All down to event organisers greed, alot of the staff are really young and complained they were on the lowest level of minimum wage. Even food was a rip off £5.50 for a tiny chips & cheese. Shame as our two boys were really looking forward to it aswell. I would save your money and go to a better organised and cheaper event. Also, if your kids are thinking of wearing any sort of fancy dress(mask/head dress/plastic sword etc) dont bother as the miserable security will confiscate it, wierd with this being a halloween event. Very expensive and pretty poor all round.

We went this evening with our 11 and 12 year old sons. Arrived around 7pm. Queued around 45 minutes to just get in. We ended up finding the Slaughterhouse and Haunted House first. We opted for the Slaughterhouse. After standing in the queue for 25 minutes, we'd moved about 5m. We decided to look around and queued for Dead Man's Creek. We queued for around an hour here. By this point it was around 9.30pm. We did the Field of Screams - walked straight into that one, then got into the queue for the Institution, which took about 15 minutes. Straight into Carnevil and then thought we'd try Haunted House again. We headed over and were able to walk straight in just before 10pm. The queue for the Slaughterhouse was still huge, and the Hay Ride was still pretty big, so we left those. Staff were on the whole great, and the actors were good fun. Our kids loved it once we were able to get into the attractions. The thing that spoilt it was the number of people who had fast track access. We'd paid £155 which is a considerable amount of money, and as a family of 4 it would have been another £60 for the fast track passes. These passes were what seemed to be grinding the movement of queues to a half at the start of our evening. Anyway, our kids had a great time. It was well done, but very expensive. Be prepared to queue if you go. Based on our experience, I wouldn't rush to get there too early. You'll likely get arouns everything by going a little later.

Was a little apprehensive about booking after reading the negative reviews but I'm glad we decided to make our own mind up. We went to the spooky by night. The event was brilliant and felt well organised. Yes it was busy and I would suggest to anyone to buy fast track passes otherwise you'll just be stuck in a queue all evening. All actors and staff were great and there were lots of jumps but also plenty of laughs. Only let down for me personally was the hay ride but it didnt spoil the evening, just my opinion.

Not a great atmosphere from start to finish, felt on edge from the point of entry to roaming around the park. Staff not engaging or friendly, actors were lacklustre in parts, roaming actors not very interactive or good apart from bug boy who was a fun character. Not scary at all. Lack of actors in all attractions making it boring. Dead man's creek you are unable to see anything throughout the attraction due to thick smoke, uneven floors, ramps and steps making it unsafe I walked into several walls and to top that we were trapped on the carpark for an hour because there was no organisation with parking and we got stuck in a row of three. I wouldn't recommend

I’ve been a few times to spooky world over the years, the first time I went (I was 13!) I had a fabulous time and remember the ticket was £12. This must’ve been about 2009/2010. Now I returned in 2018, and it was ok and I had a good laugh with friends. Don’t remember much changing though except the ticket price going up. Now I returned 29th Oct 2022 and the price of the ticket has rocketed to £33pp. Albeit they’ve added on a few more attractions. I think it’s a good laugh to go to with your friends but eat before you go because there are only 2 places to queue to get your food and drink and I can guarantee you’ll be lining up for 30/35 minutes just for raw undercooked chips at £3 a pop. Tray the size of a child’s portion. This is the only disappointing factor to the spooky world experience in my opinion as there should be more places to get food from especially with the volume of people that go. I’ll say don’t be put off by the size of the queues for the attractions, as they do tend to let a good chunk of people in at a time so the line moves relatively fast. Overall in my own opinion, I think this has been my last visit to spooky world as I’m sure by next year the tickets will be £40pp and I’m not prepared to pay that for what you get when you’re there. Oh one more thing…you have a ticket you carry around with you with all of the attractions on it, once you’ve been on an attraction, the worker rips the name on the ticket so you cannot go on it again. (Unless you find reception and pay £5 per attraction to go on again!). Friendly staff though I have to say. Some of the actors/actresses are really good and have great character, but some of the actors costumes really do look very cheap like you’ve just walked down an aisle in home bargains.

Definitely NOT worth £29 a ticket, it was way to busy so they was just sending people in big groups at a time so you already knew what was coming nothing was scary or made you jump because you had already seen it coming from the 10 people in front of you. there was about 5 actors in each thing absolutely terrible. I have been for the last 2 years and I was really disappointed this year.

It's okay and had a good laugh, but very low budget. I have been a few times now over the years and always hope they will have put more money into it, but each year it remains the same. Nothing to get a good photo with and very cheap masks/make up and decor. Needs more of a Halloween atmosphere, rather than Home Bargains Halloween aisle. Has the potential to be really amazing, just needs an input from someone creative!
