   We have just had our daughter’s birthday party at planet play. We had the exclusive hire option and it was worth every penny. The soft play was spotless and really well maintained. The staff were amazing from the moment of booking to leaving. They handled everything even down to putting candles in the cakes, taking the birthday presents for us and giving out the party bags at the end. Our host Mary was amazing. She was so kind and patient and really helpful to myself The usual party prep stress was none existent as these guys just handled everything. Also the food available to purchase was delicious and a real hit with the parents. I’d defo recommend this place and also the party package of exclusive hire for a stress free extra special birthday party

   No issues with the venue as a soft play option, but after spending £19 on entry and a further £22 on food and drink, I was quite disgusted that, especially on a very warm day, they would not provide a cup of tap water to a young child. Card payments have a minimum of £5 spend and as we were not long from leaving, I was loathed to spend that much extra money. Will not be returning, as this is one of the more expensive soft plays.

   We booked an exclusive for our 2year old and his friends, the play centre and areas were fantastic and beautifully clean and very safe ! Our host Ellie was amazing, entertaining the children with fun games and dancing and was very attentive, had good communication skills, very caring and kind all round. The food choices for the children and all our guests were fantastic. Thank you so much for our amazing party for our 2 year old. Highly recommend…. We will definitely book again next year ! Thank you Ellie and the team ♥️

   Visited for the first time today, it’s lovely nice and big and spacious light and really clean, the set up is lovely staff are friendly enough and would definitely recommend a visit my little one kept trying to swipe the chocolate off the counter lol and the staff were really good with her about it x will definitely be back, the slides are actually quite fast as-well

   Fantastic place, my grandkids, nieces and nephews absolutely love it, we've been many times now. Biggest (and cleanest) soft play we've ever been to with things to entertain all ages. Staff were all friendly, good selection of drinks and crisp etc. Adults are also able to go on it which the kids love!
