   Avoid this place. !!! The carty party room My godson was booked in for his birthday party and this women took the money. When it came to the day of the party it was closed and another family was there to attend a party at the same time. The excuse the women gave days after to the mother was that she had an emergency hospital trip so the mother gave her the benefit of the doubt and just asked for a refund. However since then she has been getting ignored. I then since messsgrd the women to see if I could book a party for a response straight away. Upon telling her about my god sons experience she states the bank is withholding holding the refund yet she paid in cash and the mother gave bank details for her to transfer the refund over too. Upon looking at reviews it seems like she is well known for this. Please avoid at all costs. As it’s one thing stealing people’s money. But to let down a child is discusting.

   DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PLACE I booked my sons party in with them and paid month's ago for it. Day of the party came and the venue was locked up and shutters down, called Claire multiple times and no response, text her and no response. I have given her just shy of 48hrs now to respond and nothing still. I had a very upset 5 year old on his birthday and as well as being down by £200 i also had to pay £49 to go elsewhere as a back up to try save the day. If u don't have a response in the next 48hrs I will be reporting the business to trading standards.

   I really wish I could give 5 stars but unfortunately I felt let down in some areas. I was expecting party games and prizes (as advertised) but there was non - I’m not sure if I was supposed to initiate the games but I was expecting the staff to take control. Toilets were out of order which is not ideal, especially when the party is for 4 year olds. Game stations were not working. Staff weren't very enthusiastic, looked like they were forced to be there. And the location isn’t great (which is no fault of the owners) as the local “users” were popping their heads in and trying to talk to the children which was quite uncomfortable for both children and parents. For the price, I was expecting slightly more.

   Booked a bouncy castle for a children’s party, answered all my questions, on time and set up quickly on the day, bouncy castle was really well presented set up where I asked really clean and the man setting up was really polite. Absolutely fantastic service I was really happy and the kids had a fantastic day. Thank you so much I would definitely Recommend this company for any party needs.

   I rented the jungle themed soft play and the number 1 light for my grandson's 1st Birthday party, and would just like to thank them for there excellent service. The kids loved playing with the play items from start to finish. Excellent professional service the items where delivered and set up on time and I wouldnt think twice about using this company again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
