   Really disappointed with the way we were treated at Tenpin Bowling Manchester Printworks. We’ve been regulars for a long time, often visiting both this branch and the one in Harpurhey. Never had an issue before — until now. One of us had ID, the others have shown ID plenty of times in the past, yet suddenly it wasn’t enough. The security guard was completely unreasonable and refused to let us in, despite us explaining we've been here many times. What really shocked us was that shortly after, another group showed up — not everyone had ID, but they were let in without any problem. The only noticeable difference was that they shared the same background as the guard. It felt like we were being treated differently because we’re Jewish, and when we calmly pointed out the inconsistency, the guard got defensive and dismissive. This kind of biased treatment is unacceptable. We came for a fun night out and left feeling judged and unfairly targeted. Not how any customer should be made to feel. Will seriously think twice before coming back.

   Good bowling prices, easy to book. Food is not amazing and drinks taste more like juice but it's good as a last minute date idea

   Great place and atmosphere. Unfortunately we were messed around. Booked in for 5pm in lane 5 only to find someone else in our lane starting their game. We then got sent to lane 11 for our 2 games. It took 15 minutes to get us onto that lane. Then there was an issue with the pins. When we completed our first game it told us to contact the front desk for another game. Went to the front desk 5 times for them to tell us that they would sort it shortly every time. After 30 minutes of waiting a couple turned up for their bowling session and we were told there was no more lanes left. In fairness we got refunded for our other game but it was ridiculous waiting around being told it was being sorted when it wasn't being sorted.

   Love this bowling alley, always got good offers for drink and bowl deals (think we paid £13 for two games and two drinks). Plus the arcade is decent and not too expensive either. Good central location too as it's right next to the tram stop, Shudehill bus terminus and Manchester Victoria station.
