   The shop has a good variety of loungewear, dresses and going out attire. The ambience is very lively, the musis is loud but that’s okay for me - but may not be for others. I am one of their regular customers because their clothes are very stylish and cater my needs. The staff are always friendly and help me I when need it. A lot of the clothes are one size which can be a little problematic but overall I would really recommend Pop the Look, located in the Pavilions shopping centre, Uxbridge.

   Lovely shop. I found some beautiful bits and the staff are so friendly and kind... I actually lost my bank card in there and the staff didn't stop looking until it was found. Thankyou guys I will be back soon x

   I was about to ask for help to find a few Big Ticket items and about to drop some money in the store, the woman working looks at me and immediately says you can't try on those sales items. I didn't even get to ask for the help I needed I just got told off, and you just lost a potential 200 to 300 sale.. dumb.. I wasn't even asking yet to try on the items,I was just holding them. Seems I'm not the only one experienced the terrible customer service

   I was after a few bits for holiday and seemed like it stocked a few holiday items What a joke. You can’t try anything on that’s in the sale - most of shop is on sale. The staff are so rude. There were changing rooms free and she was adamant that I just couldn’t try anything on Why would I want to spend money if the item doesn’t even fit Disgusting behaviour by the woman in charge. Power trip or what. Get a grip. It’s not Chanel.

   HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don’t know where to start from. The shop has really nice dress options. However the staff is really rude. You can’t peacefully try on any clothes. Would not recommend the shop if you are someone who needs to try on clothes. It’s crazy how you can only try-on items that are not on sale, in a shop where 80% of the items are on sale. (A joke seriously) Honestly very disappointed with the new management of the shop as I am someone who used to buy clothes from this shop often. Would give 0 stars if possible. Hated the shop experience.
