Donya was incredibly warm and welcoming — she kindly held a dress for me in the fitting room and offered honest, thoughtful advice on sizing, which I really appreciated. When I asked about styling, Vikki the manager gave me genuinely helpful input on pairing the dress with a bolero. She suggested a pashmina instead, as it suited the outfit better — no hard sell, just great, honest guidance. In a time when true customer care feels rare, this experience stood out.
