   Honestly Young staff is very helpful and want to interact with customers but other staff is not very helpful pretty miserable. Kind of felt like didn't even want to shop there after speaking with one of staff member. She didn't smile or seem welcoming or even wanted to help me. No harm being kind when as a customer I was smiling at her and enquring about the sizes I hardly saw 14-16 sizes mainly 10. They really need to improve! Dont have staff who don't want to be there it's miserable. Spoils the customer experience.

   Wanted to look for some sale items but I have never seen a sale section that is disastrous such as this one. Everything was everywhere and very cramped. I think they need to find a way of organizing the sections be it by doing by sizes or category of clothing such as dresses be on their own, then skirts etc

But overall thestorehas a great variety just lacks bigger sizes in all items. Will have mainly sizes 10 and 12 on hangers. Rare to find a 14 or 16.

   Have mostly women's clothing. Not sure if the prices are reasonable. Needed to buy a dress here but could not try it on in the shop, had to get two dresses that cost so much, take them home to try them on then come back to the shop and return whichever doesn't fit. I think that's too much stress for the customer. The dressing room was probably closed at the peak of the pandemic and should be opened by now except there is another reason why its closed.

   Layout has changed slightly since I last shopped here, think it works well. The 915 section seems to have more choice which was great for my daughter (not for my bank balance!) One of the few clothing shops that remains stocked and open I this area now. Hope it stays that way!

   I visited New Look a day ago also first day of the sale which was on the 6th July... usually I would buy whole load during the sale but when I visited the sale this year it wasn’t great I didn’t buy nothing from the store also the sale stock is from December last year as I remember some bits. I understand due to Corona there’s not much stock but still if you wanna put up sale you should at least get or put more stock out so what ever is on sale online is available In the store. This is why most people shop online. I’ve always loved shopping here so I give 3 stars still! I just wasn’t impressed with the stock.
