   Scam company do not order from them! I ordered an item paid via PayPal method they have taken my money but not delivered my item and no email to say when it will be received! I have contacted them via email and on what’s app and Instagram no reply whatsoever! Disgusting what goes around comes around!

   I placed and order last week that was meant to be delivered within 2 days. I still haven’t received it. I have sent several emails without getting an answer. I have messaged their whatsapp number and got no amswer. Extremely poor service!

   Stole my returned item and terrible service. Ordered item for next day delivery and arrived 7 days later. Attempted to return no response to email, Twitter, Instagram. Eventually used PayPal resolution centre and sent returns details. Returned it and proof of receipt. Since no response email etc multiple times. Now had to use my credit card company to raise a dispute. Total con. Do not use

   If it wasn’t for the customer service of one of the colleagues, I don’t know what I would have done. She was very helpful when it came to any problems with my order in the process. However I’m not sure if she was assigned to my order or if they only have one staff replying to all these orders. Because if she has a days off, then there is a delay of responses between the customer and the customer service “team”. So props to her for a one person team. Overall I did receive my order 7 working days later after ordering it. I did pay next day delivery for the order so that was a shame and still trying to get in contact to get my delivery money back. The more disappointing thing was that when I received the item it was faulty with threads out and stitches out. You would think that if the item was gonna be that late they would double check to see the item they were sending out would be In perfect condition. I’m happy to keep the order as it isn’t the end of the world. It’s just the principle of it. It comes 7 working days later after ordering it for next day delivery and as it came, it came faulty

   Splendid clothing, beautiful designs, meticulous work and their fabric - the fabric is amazing, so soft to the touch, so pleasant to the skin. When I started shopping at Diamantine their clothing quickly became my favorite, and I can’t help mentioning their customer service is absolutely superb, so friendly and sincere, they go above and beyond for you, outstanding experience, truly top-of-the-line!

   Absolutely a joke of company. No after care, cheap, poor quality products that look good. The djelleba I ordered shrank in the wash and was unwearable. I have recieved no contact from the company with regard to my concerns and no resolution to date. My persistence will pay off God willing. They said they would get in touch as soon as possible but I'm still trying to figure out when that is. I contacted them in August 19
