   We came to visit Windsor Castle and stumbled upon the Hobbs Store. The sales ladies were all super attentive, made fabulous suggestions and didn’t mind at all looking for additional sizes available. My friend and I ended up buying several pieces of clothing and a few pairs of shoes. I highly recommend shopping at this location!

   Visited the Windsor store in search of a special dress for my nephew's upcoming wedding. What a gem! Lovely atmosphere in the shop and everyone was so friendly. But, special praise and thanks must go to Luigina who took such care to find just the perfect dress for me! Tried on quite a few - I must confess - but she kindly helped me to decide upon just the right one. So looking forward to wearing it. Thank you so much!!

   Thank you so much to Luigina for her wonderful customer service yesterday in Hobbs. She was absolutely amazing at helping me match a dress with a pair of shoes for a wedding. I had entered the shop totally disheartened having just tried on about 50 dresses and she was so helpful and went above and beyond to find a dress in the right size. Thank you so much. I love the dress and can't wait to wear it.

   I was drawn to this store yesterday by the fabulous window displays they had as I was looking for a new dress for a wedding. As soon as I walked in I was given a warm greeting which was nice on a cold cold day. Once inside I tried on a few dresses and the staff members helped be out by getting different sizes for me whilst I was in the dressing room. I ended up walking out with a new dress, shoes and bag to match. Thanks very much

   My experience today with your store at Windsor was horrid. I was treated so badly and borderline discriminated despite being your faithful supporter for years. Let me know if you need me to post pictures of how many Hobbs clothes I own. It’s a disgrace. I’ve made a complaint and hope action will be taken. They need to learn how to not discriminate clients from your South Kensington store. Your customer service team Rachel was so kind over the phone. I will never step in your store at Windsor ever again even though I live just 10 mins away. This is not the first time that I felt judged at your Windsor store but today was the worst.

   There was a very helpful lady who served us today. She went over and above what she needed to do. Hence the 5 stars! As for a comment on the style, well, that is very personal, so I can't really add anything of value, other than to say that my wife (and I!) like it. Quality is always great and there is a great range of clothing in store!
