On deputy manager that works there on Sunday 16 June 2024 was the most rude and unhelpful. She kept implying that I was lying about everything including which days of the week that I work. Most horrible shopping experience.
Had a lovely interaction with the lady on the desk this morning - I forgot to get her name but she was ever so helpful in trying to track down a specific dress for me in the quickest timeframe possible and explaining my options. 10/10 customer service, thank you very much!
I wanted to let you know about an experience I had in your windsor branch last week. I am not from around the area and was in windsor visiting with my wife who has had a very difficult time with weight issues and struggles to shop for clothes. She was greeted immediately by the most friendly staff and as she normally has a lot of anxiety when shopping, she instantly felt at ease. All the ladies were beyond helpful and went out of their way to offer such honest advice and made alot of effort to show my wife multiple outfit options and encouraged her to step outside her comfort zone. We left with several outfits and she has worn one of them already and felt confident and happy with her choice. The team in windsor are a credit to your company and it is very refreshing to recieve a service of this level and leave store feeling like it’s money well spent.
Not a huge fan of shopping in women’s clothes shops for my wife on my own, but this was such a great environment with the lovely Reena on hand to assist me with all my questions. I would definitely go back with pleasure. And to cap it all off, my wife was extremely happy with the choice I made.
Today was my first time at Phase Eight in Windsor Yards. No doubt I am always in that area but never stepped in before. I am so glad I did after my rather bad experience with Hobbs this morning. I was attended to by Lyndsay and Layla. They were the sweetest employee that any retail company could have. They were very friendly, helpful and kind. Phase Eight management, please look after these two ladies as they are your biggest asset. I will definitely shop there again and thank you Lyndsay and Layla for making me feel so welcomed and comfortable today after my bad experience with Hobbs. Thank you
Was served by the lovely Leila and Reena who couldn't do enough for me when I came in for a outfit for my daughter's wedding. I went home on a high with the dress, the jacket and a fascinator. I was sent here by Linda who runs the concession in Daniel's who trained the girls. She said they would sort me out and they certainly did that ! Phase Eight is only decently priced retailer on the high street selling high quality smart but modern occasion wear at the moment and and I have found all the staff in the various branches I have been into recently a real pleasure to deal with. WELL DONE everyone at the Windsor, Bracknell and Winchester shops !
Being mother of the groom I received excellent and helpful service from Leila and Nasrin and was able to buy my whole outfit in one go
