High quality ladies clothes shop with lots of choice and very helpful not pushy staff. Found some real bargains in their sale not just marked down bought in rubbish. Great shop. Try it!
Bought a dress there (that was very obviously was too big for me) tried to return it a few days later, unworn and with tags still attached and apparently they don’t accept returns, even though their return policy was not anywhere in the store, on the receipt or told to me. Edit: as per your response, no absolutely not. I’m not sure who you’ve confused me with, but the dress was purchased in the Windsor store, not a pop up store and no exhange was ever mentioned or offered.
Lovely boutique, amazing jewellery and clothes designs. Staff are friendly and helpful! I recommend this store!
