   I saw a summer dress in the shop window and really liked the design, so I went inside. The lady behind the counter did greet me, but she didn’t ask if she could help me, as she was chatting with two other ladies who were shopping. I waited a few minutes, browsing a bit, hoping she would kindly acknowledge me and ask for my patience while she finished consulting with the other customers, but that never happened. I felt ignored. Even when she was done with the other ladies, I had to be the one to ask if the dress was available in my size, as she showed no interest in assisting me. When it turned out the dress was no longer available in XS, I asked what brand it was so I could try to find it myself. She responded dismissively, saying it was a Greek brand, as if going to Greece or sourcing something from Greece was a huge privilege in today’s world. Overall, it was quite a strange experience. I’m giving two stars instead of one because the clothes are indeed high quality which I appreciate, but the customer service definitely needs some improvement—as others before me have also pointed out. Kindness costs nothing.

   A real gem of a shop. Definitely worth a visit. Great service, friendly and honest advice on styling and what suits every shape, size and occasion. Great selection of seasonal and on-trend clothing and accessories. I make a special visit every time I’m in the area.

   I don't live in the area but make a point to shop here whenever I can. I always leave with additions to my wardrobe that I wear all the time and that make me feel great. Debbie spends loads of time with me, helping me choose items that she thinks may suit me and picking up the correct sizes. It's an absolute pleasure to shop here, would highly recommend

   Great for clothes shopping in a relaxed atmosphere. Lovely range of winter clothes in classic styles with a twist peppered with items you just don't see elsewhere. Knowledgeable owners/staff help to put outfits together if that's what you want

   Most fabulous shop. The two owners are so helpful and genuinely honest about what suits you, rather than trying to sell something. Collections are on trend and not "mumsy". Very happy with my purchases and they even do a loyalty scheme!!

   What a lovely little boutique! Beautiful clothes, fantastic shoes and they’ve got some really sweet jewellery. Both Debbie and Sue are very helpful and happy to help and will give suggestions if you are a bit lost! Everything from casual to dressy. Love it!
