   AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I bought a lehenga and before purchasing it, I expressed I’d only be interested in it if it came with a quarter sleeve. Which they promised was possible. I waited 3 hours for the tailor to attach this sleeve and take it in from the sides. When I came back, they’d done a full sleeve and said quarter is not possible despite promising me this when I paid for the item in full. I took the item home and realised they hadn’t tailored the top properly either & it was still really big. I went back to their store (an 1hr 30 min journey) and they were so rude and dismissive. Ultimately they agreed to take the job on and do it properly as I’d already paid. I gave them one week to complete adding a quarter sleeve and taking in the sides. A week later, I went back and they told me to wait 20 minutes for them to complete the job. They took my top out of a pile of rags and began starting the tailoring in front of me. They hadn’t done it in the 1 week that I gave them. In the end, the top was so tight, it wouldn’t even go over my head and they told me to take out the stitching in my own time as it’s “easy to do”. They were unapologetic and still rude about it. An absolute rip off, unprofessional and liars. Highly do not recommend.

   Great service!! Bought a lengha for me.pre wedding party, I struggle to find lehenghas that are long enough as I am 5"11. My lehnegha was made to measure and the length is perfect! Definitely recommend! Sandeep was great and reliable, no complaints!!

   Came to Southall and was the 1st shop we went to. Found lehanga in their for mum n daughter straight away. Service was great . I would highly recommend this shop . Have their own tailor's for alterations. Only thing is no phone number on website . We do have their card but just in case lost card number should be on website . Otherwise highly recommended. Will add photos after wedding in august

   I had arrived on Sunday looking for a new lehenga to be made by the following Saturday due to a family event. The staff at the shop were very supportive and despite having challenges with making the dress I wanted in the timeframe, they were able to show me an alternative dress which could be made. I arrived today (Saturday) to collect the dress and everything was ready for me. I can’t thank the staff enough for their support and for getting this dress made within the short timeframe!

   I had the most amazing customer service at Seher yesterday! They are so welcoming and so supportive with your needs! They even helped with trailering my dress to my size! Highly recommended and will definitely return for more shopping here!
