I went there to do some pre-Christmas shopping. The staff were very helpful and friendly they explained everything and gave great advice. I’ve been there many times, and every time everything has been great.

Dear Customers Please kindly read this review and please see my previous reviews based on all sorts of businesses that I review. This review is solely based on my experience with the staff at Watford Flannels and the Customer Services at Frasers. I purchased the pictured puffer jacket for my 12 year old son online with the Watford Flannels ordering it for us in their store. Simply because they didn’t have the sizes in store. Delivery was quick, he picked it up from the store. 2 days later, he came back from school covered in mud and I washed this jacket in the washing machine for 14 minutes on a 30C degree cycle. The Jacket says no dry cleaning. When the jacket came out, all the puffer was gone and it looked like a rain coat. I went back to the store and they were very helpful and asked me to contact customer services because the jacket wasn’t supplied from the store but online. This was the beginning of a nightmare and Ofcourse a refusal of a full refund or exchange from Frasers. I went back to the store and I must say, as a fashion designer myself, I was totally flawless by the service I received from the store Manager Imam and the staff member Maximus. Professional, knowledgeable, attention to detail, customer focused/friendly. You name it, the entire package was delivered to me. Often we as customers will have a problem with the products we have purchased mainly online especially paying such huge amounts of money. The first mistake we make is to go after the store staff. If products are purchased in store it is the Flannels Watford that should take responsibility for that. If they are purchased online it is the responsibility for Frasers to take responsibility for that and not the store. Unfortunately Frasers do not take responsibility of most of their queries which I discovered during my research. The stores have to take all the brute from unhappy customers. What Frasers customer services do is that they hide behind the keyboard, email you customised letters, do not speak to you on the phone and frankly speaking “they cannot be asked.” I want to give a huge thank you to Watford Flannels Store Imam, Maximus and the team that went above and beyond to make sure that a 12 year old retained what was rightfully his for Christmas. The good news is the head office has been in contact regarding the hitch we had. We are looking forward to going back to Flannels in the new year’s sales. All the to the team during this busy Christmas period.

The worst place ever . I bought shoes from there (£250) and the glow between the sole and the top of the shoe on both shoes start coming off so both shoes they starting falling apart. I went there after reading the police, showing the shoes to the guy that call him self a manager and explained him that is a faulty item and he said that you have wear them that's why . I said I bought the shoes to wear them not to keep and watching them. I explained him that is says in the police of the company that if is a faulty item your have to exchange the item with a new item and he said no I say no so simple. Keep calling the customer service and no one is answering. The worst of the worst. If I could give them 0 star I would definitely give them .

I preordered the Preordained Flannels Crackers back in August and waited almost two months for my order to be dispatched. Right after my items were finally shipped, I noticed the prices had dropped dramatically (from £150 to £90) and there was even a 20% off code available. When I contacted customer service, they told me the only option was to return the order and buy it again at the lower price — which feels completely unfair after such a long wait. I genuinely feel misled and disappointed. It’s very frustrating to see loyal customers treated this way, especially after preordering and waiting patiently

The customer service at the till point is the worst. I went in last week, had a guy help me find pieces I was looking for. His service skills were spot on. I spent over a grand just buying a couple of hoodies and then after paying i asked the woman who was serving me what the refund policy was as there wasn't a refund policy around the payment desk She said if you order online you can get a Refund bit if you shop in store there is no refund given I told her she should have a notice saying that as its not normal for a retail store not to offer refunds. I also said that obviously that doesn't apply to our statutory rights. She said there is a notice. She pointed it out at the other end of the counter whoxh was illegible as its been printed in a light colour on an acrylic board which up covered. I suggested they put it by the till point so customers know. Anyway so I ordered one item online just In case I wanted to return it as there was only one I. Store which had lipstick on the sleeve and some grey ink on the sleeve. Ordering online from one of their stores means you also have to pay extra for delivery to their store. Again I don't know any other company that charge you to collect an item in store. Anyway I said its fine, I'll pay. Anyway I was told to come back in a week and collect so I left it 2 weeks and went in today. Again to be served by another woman who was lazy and moody. Their customer service is a shambles other than all the men that work there, the doorman us very pleasant and so are all the male sales guys. When you've had such a lovely experience all the way until time of payment and then you get treated so badly by the till staff..its really sad. What an awful experience. I won't be going there again. Moody people should t be allowed to work in high end stores dealing with the public. I wouldn't go ans spend a penny in that store after this experience. Terrible experience. If I could give it a ZERO I would have.

Awful service. I went back to return a jacket that had thread pulls through it! Management (Sam was her name) was very rude and shouted “I’m not refunding this” making it appear like I did something to the jacket. They were horrible when they clearly were taking advantage and seeing me get upset about a jacket bought for Christmas. First and last time I will ever buy from that shop.

Don’t buy here if you don’t have to. I had an awful experience with the manager or the assistant manager (European man). I had an item to return which was damaged. I know they only give customers an exchange, but this was clearly DAMAGED!! He examined the item, went to check to see if it was a defect on the same items in store, and then came back and said, “I’m not refunding you the money” I asked why?, his reply was “because I don’t feel like it” go back to the original store where you purchased it”. I couldn’t believe that as a paying customer of an item that was nearly £1000, which was damaged, this was how I was being treated and inconvenienced to have to go back to a store in an area that we were just visiting. I called head office and a lovely lady called megan recovered the situation. Would NEVER shop in Flannels Watford again!!! Stay away!!

first I brought a moncler lightweight jacket... i wore it once and it had a hole in it with the feathers coming out!! i was so upset as it was £595! then i exchanged this item and brought a Canada goose i put it on this morning after having it for a day untouched and the stitching in the arm has come undone!!

Awful went to collect a online order the lady at till with butterfly tattoos on her arm has zero customer service skills. No eye contact or soft skills was waiting at tills she’s no wait apologies, Get rid of her. For a place like that surly u need warmth and welcoming feeling. Needs to be addressed
