   I’m writing this on behalf of my mother. She was served by a lovely young lady called Jurika. She was so kind, helpful and communicated with us with a big smile and patiently assisted my mother in choosing a dress for my daughter’s graduation. Excellent customer service provided! She also checked sizes for myself and my mother in the stockroom repeatedly. However, the air-conditioning unit wasn’t working in the store. It was such a humid day yesterday and there was no air flow within the store. And this has been the situation for the past year as well and is continuing. I would give this review and the sales assistant, Jurika a 5-star for the service provided however since the air-conditioning wasn’t working, there goes a point down as it’s so inconvenient to shop in a store with no AC.

   I went to Brent Cross today with my mother in the hope of finding a wedding outfit. The first shop we went into was Hobbs. The first assistant was kind, but we were not ready to make a commitment as it was our first shop. So after 3 hours of trying on in different shops, my mum said let’s go back to Hobbs. The assistant Andiana but especially Manasi were so helpful and really went out of their way to make my mum feel good. I highly recommend a visit to Hobbs in Brent Cross for that special outfit. My mum is very happy and so am I!

   Lisa is a complete asset to the company! I came in on Friday with my Mum and Lisa helped us find everything we needed, without being over attentive, allowing us space to think about what we wanted. So naturally friendly and charming and by far the nicest person we met all day. Hobbs is lucky to have her.

   What a wonderful shopping experience on Saturday. I cannot thank you enough for looking after my mum looking for a wedding outfit. You were the first shop we visited and you dressed her from top to toe. I believe she was the manager who was helping my mum, thank you for such a personable experience. The whole team were friendly, patient and so so kind.

   I hate shopping but I was desperately in need of some new dresses, skirts and tops. I had been to Hobbs pre-lockdown and remembered how helpful the staff were so I decided to make that my first stop. Caroline, who assisted me, couldn't have been more helpful. If something didn't fit, she immediately went to fetch a different size, if something didn't suit me, she told me. There was no pressure whatsoever to buy. She made suggestions of how to match up different items of clothing to make several versatile outfits. I came away with many more clothes than I intended to, but each one fitting a purpose and lovely. Thank you so much for your help!
