   I had such a great experience shopping here! The clothes and other items I bought were amazing quality, and everything was super affordable too. The customer service stood out—he was so helpful and friendly, and we had a really good conversation while he helped me find the right size. The store is in a great location, surrounded by other shops, so it’s perfect for a day out shopping. Honestly, I think this is one of the best places I’ve been to. It’s also a great spot for families since they have clothes for both men and women, which makes it really convenient. Highly recommend checking it out!

   Arrived in Southall at 10:45 - google says the shop opens at 11 so I grabbed a delightful karak coffee whilst I waited. 30 minutes later still not opened so I went and purchased 2 thobes and an abaya from elsewhere. If you snooze you lose.

   AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! I have never seen such a poor customer service and lack of professionalism… The two people that work there have no manners and are extremely rude and really disrespectful. As a young women I have never expected to be treated like this especially during the month of Ramadan but some people clearly have no manners, lack of respect for others and only care about money astafurullah… I have spent over £70 and needed to exchange the clothes but as they had no sizes available I have asked for a full refund. As soon as I have asked for a refund (there was nothing with the clothes it was just the wrong size) they have started to be extremely rude (the older man called Nadeem I believe and the women with the headscarf) and I quote the man’s words ‘I can argue with you all day but you ain’t getting a refund!’ I have never expected to be treated as poorly as I have today especially during Ramadan and I was not going to break my fast and argue with this disrespectful man… What comes around goes around but that’s not how you treat your customers……

   Worst customer service received at this store. The man working (Nadeem) who apparently calls himself the store manager was very aggressive & intimidating towards me. As a young female, this was very distressing for me. Not only was the customer service awful, the store was completely empty with no other customer shopping there. This does not surprise me as the service I received was so bad I will not ever be returning here again and I don’t advise anyone else to shop here. Especially if you are a young female, as the man was so intimidating and aggressive and didn’t listen to anything I had to say and just shouted at me the whole time.

   PLEASE READ THE COMMENTS ON THIS SHOP!! A lot of people complaining about the staff and how horrible they are. SHAME ON YOU!!!!! Customer service in this shop is absolutely terrible. DO NOT VISIT they only care whether you spend money or not. So my wife went in there with my baby whose 5 months old and wanting feeding, her assuming it’s a Muslim abaya shop they’ll allow her to use the changing room for a few mins as there was no one in the shop (unsurprisingly) this old miserable man heard our daughter crying so loud and didn’t have the heart to help her in this holy month of Ramadan. Whoever this was shame on you! Having a business you should help a sister out rather he said to her oh go to McDonald’s toilets. Absolutely disgraceful. What comes around goes around whoever this person was!

   Just bought it today , at home I’ve noticed the stains on it , very disappointed ☹️ I’ll try take it back to the store tomorrow ! If they don’t accept the return will be very bad , wallahi !

   Extremely poor quality. Got a kaftan from here, spent a fair amount on it. It was hung up in my cupboard for a few days, next thing I know the belt has dropped off from inside so it cannot even be tightened. Had a closer look and could see how poor the stitching was. It wasn't even pulled or touched so for it to just fall off itself shows how poor the quality is. Will not be returning here again.

   Collection is ok. Female staff is extremely rude. They asked us to put the clothes back into the hanger once seen. I was OK to do the needful if said politely!! When I went for an exchange they were vusy making nasty faces!! Which gave me a heart ache as I regretted going to this shop!
