He was genuinely the kindest salesperson I’ve ever met and went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect wedding look. Even when we faced a few hiccups - the outfit initially came back in a different colour palette and the fitting wasn’t quite right — he handled everything promptly and professionally, without ever making me feel stressed. What truly stood out was how personal and caring he was throughout the whole process. It never felt like a commercial transaction; Gopesh truly felt like family, making sure I felt confident, happy, and ready for my dream wedding day. I couldn’t be more grateful!

   Just collected my bridal outfit from Frontier Raas. Have had an amazing experience with this chic brand. From understanding how I wanted my bespoke lehenga to be till getting it timely delivered, the entire team was so pleasant to deal with. Their transparency and suggestions were what made my outfit better than I imagined. They are very different from the other shops in the market, its not just like walking in and picking something usual from the shelf. You meet experienced staff/designers who bring your vision to life. Gopesh, Sanjay and another girl (sorry don't remember the name) helped me throughout. Highly recommended exclusive place for high-class people.

   With Kawal, Sandeep and their team, I felt like I was in safe hands. They walk you through everything and it was reassuring as I had no idea what I was doing. They are patient and just want to ensure you find what works for you and your style on your big day! I was particularly happy with the advice on how to dress myself, my friends and family so both my outfit and my partners outfit would compliment the theme and would flow smoothly alongside the decorations. It was my first and last consultation for groom outfits, I don’t need to go to another store after my session with Kawal. I found her to be an expert in Indian wear with a great knowledge of designers, the products and materials. She knew exactly what I was looking for, answered all my questions at ease and I didn't feel rushed at all. After my experience at this frontier branch, I would always recommend this one in southall. Sandeep in particular was the best because he went above and beyond to make sure I was served in the best possible manner and it felt super premium. He not just made sure I could get my outfit on time but also did a great job in recommending various design options which made my life super easy. Please come here to get anything you want at the best rate and the best quality. You will not be disappointed and I don't know why people have written such negative comments because honestly, there was nothing bad about this store. Don't make your assumptions based on the bad comments, come in and try for yourself and I promise, it will be awesome. So thank you Sandeep, Kawal and the whole team!

   Went to purchase a bridal outfit and knowing how expensive the items are, it is expected that you would come back a few times to really solidify your choice as you are spending a large amount of money on the outfit. We went in a second time to look at an outfit, and were rushed and then questioned as to why we have come back another time to look at the outfit rather than just buying it the first time. As one of the well known bridal boutiques in the UK, I expected a high level of customer service which was not delivered where we felt like a liability to the service staff especially the manager who came up to us (bride and bridesmaids) and asked us that if we are not purchasing anything, we cannot try any more outfits on. Mind you, the bride had only tried on three outfits and one of the outfits tried on, was a contender during the original visit made almost a year ago. The lack of customer, service and care really put a downer on the whole experience, and I hope that in the future this is improved upon especially since many brides, who are likely to be stressed as it is, visit here to find their bridal outfit.

   Having done all my wedding shopping here for myself and my family, this is by far the best place to shop in Southall, in my opinion! The customer service is excellent, without the crazy rush and stress of most shops in the area! I have purchased many outfits from them since my wedding and this is the only place I trust. My family also only shop here and have always had a positive experience. The staff are extremely helpful and nice. The owner Sandeep is always helpful, polite and friendly, and makes us feel special whenever we go as he always remembers us, adding to the customer experience. It’s also a really nice personable touch! You get what you pay for in Southall, and some may find Frontier Raas expensive, but you are paying for the high quality and service, which in my opinion is worth it. Especially when shopping for a Wedding!

   I was nervous after reading the mixed reviews on here, but for me Frontier Raas did an excellent job. I left it late to get my Serwani for the wedding, but with only 6 weeks deadline they managed to make it perfectly. The in store advice was also good, they took my wishes into account and made some good recommendations. I was very happy with the end result, and more importantly, so was my wife!

   What can I say! This place is a great place for unique Indian outfits of all price ranges. I got two outfits from here this year, one for my brothers wedding and the other for my brother in laws wedding. The staff are friendly and helpful and both outfits were made to measure and then I had fittings for both to make sure that they perfectly fit for both events. This is somewhere I would definitely come back to if I have a family wedding/ special occasion and need a refresh of my wardrobe!
