Really pleasantly surprised about the quality of items and how professional and fast international shipping was. Fabric is really nice, embroidery is done well, size is accurate as per what I ordered. The designs I got are from Anshika Verma, and I'm really happy with them!
Had a really excellent experience with Andaaz fashion. As my first experience of attending a wedding where I would be required to wear this kind of clothing, I found the whole experience easy. From ordering, with the helpful guidance videos for exact measurements, through to delivery, everything went smoothly. My only problem was that the emails questioning things from the service team, ended up in my spam so I never saw them till too late. Fortunately, because the measurements had been correct, it fitted perfectly, and I was able to wear my Sharara suit for both the Tamil ceremony and later, for the celebrations. It was very well made and felt very comfortable. I would 100% return should it be necessary, and would recommend to others.
Ordered Lilac Raw Silk Suit online , using Andaaz’s size chart & was SCAMMED ! Received a cheap copy , made of synthetic fabric & so oversized , it touched the floor & looked like a kaftan. It was pink , not lilac . The embroidery was a different colour on the neckline to the sleeve & the dupatta was cheap synthetic fabric too. The overall finishing was poor quality & even the tassle was cheap & faulty. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE ONLINE! I contacted them immediately, customer service is in Delhi & for over a week they have abstained in providing a full refund of £162.90. They do not comprehend UK consumer law which clearly states that a consumer is entitled to a full refund if the item is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described. Over daily emails , I was offered 10% refund of the total I paid & then 12%, 15%, 18% & then an extensive email offering to have it tailored. I just want to return the item & get my refund. I have reported it to my bank as Fraudulent Transaction. Investigation pending. Do not buy from this website!
I was nervous to order an outfit online for my friend's wedding, but Andaaz made the whole process so easy. The dress is very well made and fits perfect as per the custom measurements. Customer service replied instantly to every question I had and made the entire experience seamless. It also shipped from India to Europe in 4 days. I would not hesitate to order again!
First time buyer, and would absolutely recommend this business to anyone. Fabulous selection of items, at a very reasonable cost compared to competitors. I ordered a lehanga for a wedding, and the craftsmanship and beautiful detailing is second to none! They obviously take very good care when making the clothing. Even better, they are so easy to contact, and were very helpful and responsive to all queries I had. Allow a bit of extra time for your items to arrive, they are very timely and communicative about when your items will arrive, but of course they need adequate time to make it, especially if you are submitting sepcific body measurements! I left mine very last minute but they still got it to me on time for my flight to India. Thank you Andaaz!!

The clothes are tailored to you if you want it custom made in less than £30 depending on the clothing you’re buying. Honestly could not recommend enough. Will be buying from them for literally any occasion I may have. The most reliable sellers ever, I told them I need my clothes to be made and delivered to me before 6 September and I received it on 1st of September!!! Wow! I can go on and on. THE BEST!
