   Great service from start to finish. Obviously with school approaching us the store was very busy. We were seen by a lovely young lady called Grace.. she was very helpful and friendly taking three children to Clarks for school shoes in August is absolutely madness but with the help from Grace it made our visit a lot easier especially with our eight year old daughter who is really fussy. I just want to say a big thank you to all the staff in that store today you were all great and professional especially with the store being manic. To Grace and the team give yourselves a pat on the back.

   My daughter needed new school shoes, she hates shopping, we took our ticket and waited for our turn. My daughter had her feet measured and chose the shoes she would like, the assistant was helpful but not overbearing. My daughter liked both pairs and was struggling to choose so I suggested trying one of each at the same time then she decided on one pair. This was a very quiet branch even in a Sunday. I was happy to finally get these sorted out for her.
