   Very nice clothing store. They have all types of clothes and accessories, shirts, skirts, dresses, pants. The items are a little price but they are all good quality and mostly fit true to size. Staff is very nice and friendly, very helpful, not pushing for sales or money. Items are more on the fancy side but you could definitely dress some pieces down for an every day outfit. The store in very modern and spacious.

   Zero for customer service For a high end store you would at least expect the staff to be friendly and helpful. The shirt I bought was damaged. I realised weeks later when I tried to wear it. Tried to get a refund or credit note or exchange it for something else but as I was just outside the 28 day period they REFUSED to do anything! The sales assistant called the store manager who basically told me to come back when she was in. I asked what for and was told because you asked to speak to me. I asked if she would do anything and she said no. When asked what was the point for returning she replied, so she could tell me in person that she could not do anything! £49 down the toilet! Love the clothes but the staff seriously need training!

   If you like wearing female clothing then you will like this place. Lots of dresses and tops to waste your money. I prefer to go to the new Fuller's pub nearby and drink their beer, much more interesting.

   A very pleasant ladies shop set in the Wembley outlet centre. Some nice styles and designs catering for all ages from mid twenties up. Prices were reasonable and staff pleasant.

   I have only given this store one star because I was unable to give it a zero. I have been a loyal phase 8 customer for many years and decided to visit this store in the LDO. After wading through the eclectic mix of past seasons left overs I bought 4 items of clothes. The shop assist assured me at the point of purchase that they could be returned within 28 days. I decided to return one item 4 days later because it was unsuitable. On return the shop assistant refused to refund my money and said I was only entitled to a credit note in the form of a gift card. When I told her she did not say this at the time of purchase she told me in a very shrill voice that yes she did and pointed to a notice on the counter written in very small font. Low and behold the gift card cannot be redeemed against on line purchases, exchanged for cash nor will you receive any change if your purchase is below the value of the card. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS - VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
