   What a fantastic transformation since craft union took it over, beautifully refurbished, great beer at great prices, and welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Staff are great and Shannon is just a breath of fresh air and a true joy. Definitely a must just, will be back again and again.

   Such a lovely pub since the refurbishment. Use to use other pubs in the area. The overwoods is now easily the best pub in the area. Great events. Nothing to much trouble for the lovly land lady and her wonderful staff.
