   Our second visit here and it's just as great as our first visit. Tasty homecooked traditional food, which is very reasonably priced. Lovely friendly staff. The pub itself is lovely with some quirky decorating touched. Toilets are spotless.

   This used to be my local pub just over 10 years ago. I was there again recently and I believe it's been refurbished. Still a great pub to go to with friends and catch up and have a pint!

   Hosted an 80th birthday there recently, it's a lovely place and the owner is fabulous! You know it's a great night when everyone loves the beer AND the food. Very accommodating, nice atmosphere and lovely staff.

   I didn't know that this was a Joule's one until I entered. I've tried a few from Lichfield to Congleton. On this visit I tried a couple and settled for the Shropshire Hop IPA (see photo attached). The Green Monkey is good, too There is a car park at the rear, but can be tricky parking.

   My partner and i visited this lovely little pub this past Thursday 3rd October and we thoroughly enjoyed our time their. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the food was fantastic and generous portions. We Deffinately recommend taking time to visit if and when you are in the area.
